Incompatible Phone = No Refund
My wife convinced me to try Marco Polo eSIM since she had no issues with it in the past, however I was not able to scan and download the QR code to my mobile device.
I then discovered my phone was missing the necessary components for eSIM scanning.. Marco Polo REFUSED TO REIMBURSE ME DESPITE THE FACT THE eSIM had NOT been activated.
The company does not provide a list of incompatible devices for their product to warn the consumer prior to purchase.
