Very good foot cream
This cream for my feet is fabulous, I suffer with hard skin build up and this really helped with this. A little on the expensive side though.

My experience with Dabbs hand cream .
My order was delivered promptly and I started using the hand cream immediately. I am beginning to notice the back of my hand is getting lighter than before and hopefully by the time that I will finish the first tube I should be able to notice the difference. However I am enjoying the hand cream and I will recommend it to other people

The leg cream is great and my legs feel…
The leg cream is great and my legs feel better after use and I think it is helping with cramps at night.
I nearly didn’t get the delivery as the driver didn’t seem to know that more than 1 house could have the same post code ! Luckily I was looking out my window and saw the van a short way down the street so could stop him driving away.

Disgusted with Dabbs
I've been a client at Margaret Dabbs Liberty since the salon opened and have always found the service to be excellent, apart from on one occasion when the technician stabbed me multiple times with the metal implement and each time blamed me. She was elderly and appeared to be having trouble focusing. That aside, the treatments tend to be brilliant. Yesterday I went in for a pedicure. There was a gigantic wasp in the small salon. If I am stung, I need to go to the emergency room. I started to have a panic attack and explained the issue. Staff claimed the wasp had "left" but I didn't see it go out the window. I was rooted to the spot watching it. It disappeared behind reception. Worse case scenario, I could have been stung and died on their floor. That would have been distressing for staff and customers. I explained why I couldn't stay for my pedi. Later I received a rude message telling me I'd been charged for a No Show. I telephoned and reminded them I wasn't a "no show". I was then told I "didn't meet their cancellation policy". Um...how could I cancel 24 hours in advance - I didn't know Mr Wasp was going to be waiting for me. I was given an email address to complain to "Callum". The email address didn't work. Staff have not responded to voicemail or a written complaint to management. It is outrageous to charge me £53. Margaret Dabbs has a duty of care to its customers. Expecting me to potentially risk my life, or at best be taken off in an ambulance, is not acceptable.
