They really are simply the best
I’d had my nail file for a good 12 years or so, so when it tumbled onto the bathroom floor and shattered I was gutted. Thankfully I ordered a new one and it was with me the day, nail filing order restored. They really are simply the best!

I’ve always had margaret dabbs for hands feet and nails and various other items all have been excellent products and always do what their suppose to do as long as you follow her instructions right down to the last word and you can’t go wrong

I have pedal psoriasis and have struggled for years managing with steroids and salicylic acid preps. I have been using the lotion and balm for 3/52 and my left foot has resolved. The right foot has improved so much I no longer have deep cracks. So far so good!!!!

Appalling Customer Service
Today is May 29, 2026, the products ordered on May 8th have never arrived. My credit card was promptly charged on May 8th. I received an email on May 12th with a tracking number stating that my prepared order should arrive soon. On May 16th, I emailed customer service stating that USPS was still waiting for the package - I never received a reply to to my customer service email. On May 25th, I called the Margaret Dabbs office in the UK from the US and left a voicemail about the problem that I was having with my order. I never received a call back. On Tuesday, May 26th, I called the office again and spoke with a person in the Accounts department. After explaining the problem, she stated that she would look into my order and email me back after she spoke to the department that was responsible for shipping my order. I never received any response. This morning, Friday, May 29 - still no package. I called the UK office again and tried the Accounts department and I went to voicemail. I informed the department that I was cancelling my order and disputing my credit card charge. So much time and energy has been wasted on trying to get the products that I was sending AS A GIFT!
I must express how appalled I am by the poor service and lack of follow-through that I have experienced with this company.
