HORRIBLE! DO NOT BUY!!
The fabric is horrible, sewing is sloppy, and the items don’t match the pictures on the website. Their return policy states you can return within 7 days of delivery; however, I keep emailing and they want pictures. I send the pictures and they ask for pictures again. After multiple emails they told me they’d give me $7. Still no return or refund option for the $150 due for the return!! Total Scam!!

I wish I could leave -0- stars. Absolutely horrible & I cannot believe that such a total rip-off company can even be in operation and not shut down. I never received my item and they will not refund my money. It is absolutely disgusting that people get away with this. DO NOT EVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

I wish I too would have went on trustpilot.com to read all the reviews. I was fooled by the pretty clothes and the low prices. But always, always, read reviews before purchasing from companies you are unfamiliar with on Instagram and Facebook. I ordered from here for a vacation and requested and paid for extra shipping so it would arrive on time. Almost a month later, long after my vacation was over they finally arrived. After an email to them to cancel order and refund my money, they said they would refund my shipping. The order arrived a few days later. The clothes were poor quality and when I emailed them again to return they said it would be too expensive and to give the clothes to someone. This is not how a legit company works. Please, please don’t order from them.

Terrible customer service. I ordered a dress and size was too small couldnt zip it. No return or exchange policy. You have to pay to ship back to china. Don’t offer exchanges. Also poor quality on two of the items I ordered

These clothes are trash! They look nothing like the photos. Fabric is super thin and cheap, and the sewing is atrocious, with loose threads everywhere. As previous posters have said, they asked me to send photos of the clothing and then did not offer a refund, but said I could ship the items back to China myself. I really wish I had done more research before purchasing from them, but I didn't think a company would ever mail me something like this.

Do not order from this company. The dress I ordered arrived looking far worse than picture showed. I requested a return label and they forced me to send them proof. They drove me crazy and they are the biggest scam!

Ordered three beautifully-presented dresses online for a special event I’m attending. Price was so so good and the dresses seemed so perfect. Received them in about a week or so. They were poorly constructed and made of cheap fabric…and the fit was all wrong and weird. Contacted the company per instructions online and was asked to SEND PICTURES OF MYSELF to prove my statements about fit! Never heard of any company doing this!! No way was I going to send my picture to this company! Cost to return to China was more than I paid for the three dresses. They quit answering my emails after a few days of back and forth. DO NOT BE FOOLED!

I purchased a dress 2 months ago, just received and it looks NOTHING like the pics and it is very cheaply made, thin material. I requested a refund over and they are refusing a return/refund. WORST place to shop ever. Don't waste your time. Very disappointed!

Do not waste your time! SHOP SOMEWHERE ELSE. YOU WILL LOOSE YOUR MONEY. Cannot return. They ask for pictures! Pictures of what??? The dress is to small and poor quality. They'll don't know how to send a return label! Or refund your money. TOTAL SCAM.

Horrible quality, not as described, literally ripped as I was opening the package, made out of 100% plastic fabric, and customer service barely speaks English and refuses to help

This is an aweful company. Late by over a month and half. When I got them the fabric was cheap and unclean lines. I asked to return. They offered me $10 and asked me to give to a friend. Then sent me an email asking me to send them pictures of myself in the dresses. That is plain weird. There policy on line says return within 7 days. Total lie. Never buy from them?

The worst site! Do not shop here!!!! I never received my items and my order has been placed for over 2 months now. I have asked for a refund because my event I needed the items for has now past. They continue to say the contacted their accounting team and when I ask for confirmation or reference number they never provide one and say they have pushed their accounting team again. Literally worst experience ever!!! 0/10

Definitely a 0 if I could rate it lower than 1. When I asked to return a dress that didn't fit correctly. They asked me to send pictures of why I thought it didnt fit correctly. I did as a half joke as this is one of the weirdest things over heard, they offered me $6 back for the $80 dress. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!! The dress also looked nothing like what I ordered. It looked yellow but was instead a lime green.

Margovil is a SCAM. Quality of clothing is just plain garbage. Items came 45+ days later from China - nasty paper thin clothes that look nothing like the cute dresses online - nothing! Then, they refuse any returns. You can only email them in China and wait days for a response that tells you - too bad, so sad. Don't do it!

If i could rate this as 0, I would. Refund policy is a scam, the dresses didn't fit, and the material is cheap, cheap, cheap. When I reached out to return they want photos to prove it doesn't fit. (You can't make this stuff up.) Here is the last response I got from them,
"Hello, sorry about that.If you want to return it,you need to pay shipping fee for returning which takes too much.We don’t recommend that you do this for the customer’s consideration.
That's why we insist on ask pics from you,then we can compensate you. Thank you for your understanding."

HORRIBLE!!! Do NOT buy from Margovil. Material is CHEAP, FLIMSY, horribly made and too expensive for the quality you get. I bought 4 dresses and it took a month to get to me. I tried to return a dress and they wanted pictures of me with the dress on showing the dress doesn't fit which I wouldn't do. How uncomfortable!! They want me to return the dress to China instead of the US address. I will never buy from them again!!!

They dont have a return policy. Material is cheap and does not fit well. They are offering me $10 for my purchases!! Do not buy from this company! Save your money.

If I could give zero stars I would... Did expedited shipping and my item came 30 days later... They offered a measly $3 credit- but my whole order wasn't even delivered. The dress was terrible. Reached out to return and cancel and refund the remaining order and I got a total run around. I just got notification another 2 dresses shipped after nagging for 2 weeks to cancel and refund. Poor experience all around- terrible customer service- and terrible product.
