Website clear and easy to order. Delivery was quick. Ordered the Hot Chocolate flakes which are delicious and sugar free so ideal for a Type 1 Diabetic treat 😁

Nothing wrong at all with the…
Nothing wrong at all with the chocolate, always a delight to receive myself or to send as a gift. However, delivery this time was a complete fiasco. My friends birthday was 14th October. Goods ordered in time for then. Despite leaving a note on the door, delivery not made, same next day. Contacted APC, delivery finally taking place today. Almost a week late. So frustrating. Will deter me from ordering again. Sue Scorer

I am so sorry that you have had such a frustrating experience with the delivery of your order.
I am glad to note that the chocolate itself was good, but concerned to note that our chosen courier, APC did not deliver as expected on this occasion. Ordinarily we find APC to be the most reliable of the available couriers and the vast majority of the deliveries we send with them do arrive, as booked, on the next day service. I can only apologise that it wasn't the case on this occasion. We will raise this with APC to see what went wrong and if there is anything that we can do from our end to avoid anything similar happening in the future.
Small family business. Great product, great service
Discovered the shop while on holiday (lovely, friendly service) and was so happy to find that I could order online as well as the chocolates themselves are delicious and it's good to be able to support a small family business. The website for ordering (which I have used twice now) is very easy to use and communication about the progress of the order is very clear. Both orders I have made were delivered within two days of ordering and well packaged. Highly recommended and thank you!

An amazing treat
An amazing treat. If you want to have a little decadent treat this is the stuff. A flavour palette like no other, the best chocolate buttons ever. Just lovely. Chocolate as it should be. Delivery was quick and packaging super robust.
