pros: got it eventually (84 days after ordering), and saved ~2k-5k inr on the product

cons: poor costumer service. they ghosted me on whatsapp for weeks. and would respond to only the strongest worded emails. They delayed it well past the refund period and then became even more silent.

It seems they had trouble getting it through customs, which is crazy for a business centered around getting products through customs.

tldr: I did get my thing, and for much cheaper than amazon. But they could not keep any promises on date of dispatch and they ghosted me for a lot of weeks.

**One of the worst online shopping experiences I’ve had**

I ordered a Fitbit from Mainstreet Marketplace on 5 July for ₹13,498. More than seven weeks later, I still hadn't received it.

The delay itself isn't even the worst part. It was the repeated promises.

29 July: dispatching in the next few days.
5 August: dispatch by next week.
13 August: assured it “won’t be delayed for sure after this.”
20 August: shipping by tomorrow.
21 August: told me “your order is ready and has been shipped.”

Then on 24 August, I was told the supposedly shipped order was actually “scheduled for pickup today.”

I had requested cancellation and a refund weeks earlier, but a refund to my original payment method was refused.

Delays happen. Supply chains go wrong. What destroys trust is repeatedly giving a customer commitments that don't materialise.

I’m now escalating the transaction through Razorpay's buyer protection process.

Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Mainstreet Marketplace. If you are considering purchasing from them, particularly an expensive item, please do your research first.

Totally fraud didn’t deliver my order of ₹21,500 nor refunded me my money back, regardless of hundreds of calls and messages. There is no reply from their team totally bullshit. I would prefer to burn your money instead of buying something from here. don’t repeat the same mistake, which I did.
