This company is 100% acam. I did a swap on their platform and on the 3rd transaction, Order #819519, i didnt receive my deposit the they requested KYC. I contacted support and was instructed to deposit same amount to seme wallet address as part ot KYC for countries outside EU, promising that both transactions will be pushed simultaneously and grant me unlimited access as a KYCed client.

I complied the following day with Tramsaction ID: 0x15812038903e8d17f210a109d6ecc7050c9b1d44372c6e002c4a0429734b4126 verifiable on Ethereum network and thereafter kept in touch with their support staff on TG. I was subequntly asked to wait 5 days and on the 5th day, their TG support account was deleted.

I dont know why this happened. It is either they are scammers and victims reported their account on TG or they deleted the account themselves which is suspicious and no legit platform can do. Either way, my conclusion remains the same.

As hard as it is, I have come to terms with fact that my little funds may havr been scammed from me. Dont be decieved when they process 1 or 2 transactions fast and succeasfully. Your next transaction might be the one where your hard earned money bids u farewell.

On 13th of July i shared link of this review with Marketurbo through their email.They sent me this reply with threats of lawsuit. You can read and be the judge.

SCAM

first a few transactions of 100 usd were nicely done.
I wanted to exchange 450 usd and the problems started. Support was very nice. KYC, next transaction, Some technical problem and I will supposedly receive my coins tomorrow. and so for 3 days. then support stopped talking. a day later he deleted the whole conversation between us. they do not reply to new messages. SCAM 100%

Alert Scam! Please be careful!
Everything start with Instagram, where some channels push the ad for their service.
Then you will be asked to close an order by selling some cryptos against for instance stable coin. They will be suspend your money back and flag you as KYC-relevant. There are no such thing. You wont be whitelisted but be asked to send more money the exact same amoun pretending that is the only way to solve the problem because of their support partner hollaex.
I kept the disccusion on their telegram Support channel before they delete it and block me. I backed up as well the Tx ids, and the channel who try to push it on social network I can share with you. If some of your had a similar problem with them let me know as well. Let's see if I get my money back today. Otherwise I will take it seriously and spaming them on social networks to avoid people to be scamed like I've been. Some more legal way might come too.
So sum up. keep your money safe. Don't trust them!

It is a good platform that makes my transactions much easier and faster.
