Story is like this, as usual, my laptop is packed in the designed laptop pocket. Without handling carefully, the bag is drop from bed onto a concrete floor (ard 60-70cm height).
Hooray, it breaks my laptop screen.

I haven recived any actualization from tacr in 19 days
It has been 27 days since I paid for my backpack and it has not arrived yet, but the real problem is that I have not recived any actualization from trakr that is included in yourown global service since 19 days ago so it makes me think my backpack is not even on transit.

As we explained in our email conversation, we labelled a lower price specifically for Customs. The reason we are doing this is that don’t need to pay duty tax.
Duolime Crossbody bags
The Duolime bag is perfect for carrying tablets/iPads, mobile phones, wallets and power bank chargers all at the same time!
Whilst the Duolime doesn't come with a usb port, I still charge my phone with the power bank charger inside my Crossbody bag.
When travelling on air, the Duolime comes in very handy when accommodating my passports, visa, boarding pass and other relevant documents.
I like the way you can adjust the straps for either left and right positioning.
Their is a hidden zip large enough to store 5 - 10 passports or even currency.
This bag compliments my Mark Ryden rucksack!

Most likely your order was lost in transit or still stuck in customs. As mentioned in our emails, unfortunately it is out of our control once the parcel is being picked up by the carrier.

Great product.
The bag is great and it is what I’m looking for.
My only complain is the delivery speed (3 weeks rather than 2 weeks as proposed) and also the tracking of the bag.

The material off make up the article is good and as a great quality... But the fotos off the article got me mistakes on the idea off the size... I would like and I would expect a bigger bag.

We where expecting that you already received the bag since our last email. It seems that the bag was lost in transit or got stolen by one of the couriers.

Zip broke
Bag cost over $100 and the zip broke in 8 months (warranty lasts for 6 months). Tailors said it would cost $150 because the whole main zip had to be replaced
