I only received the food yesterday so…

I only received the food yesterday so I'm only on day 2 of transitioning my dogs. One of my dogs hoovers it up and then licks his lips, it gave him diarrhoea on the night but that could have been me giving him too much of new food, but OMG they both demolish it, my other dog has acid reflux, hiatus hernia, large esophagus and so far so good as she has a very sensitive tummy. Her poos are looking good, im hoping they will stay on this food and like it, as frenchies get bored of eating same things. ⚠️ beware if you start using this food expect your dog(s) to turn into a puppy mine have more energy and therefore more playful .. so far so good but im only on day 2 of transitioning

Great product and great people

Great product and great people. My dog loves this food and having recently had an issue with the delivery company losing a package I found the customer service was fantastic and really supportive during what could have been a stressful time. My dog actually had to go without for a couple of days and ended up being sick because the replacement food I purchased was not up to her usual standard. Marleybones made sure I got a replacement quickly and thankfully now back on the quality she has grown to expect 😅

I have a 7 yr old cavapoo who has been…

I have a 7 yr old cavapoo who has been a fussy eater and with a sensitive stomach. Having tried numerous foods on the market. She was always having to have supplements to settle her tummy. Now we have discovered Marleybones, it’s a game changer. She loves the food and more yummy issues . Love the fact I don’t have to freeze the food as well. Highly recommend!

Really glad I took the plunge and order…

Really glad I took the plunge and order the Marleybones food for my Dog. He absolutely loves variety and texture. Also excellent that. you can store in cupboard.

I’m so sorry to hear this - I totally understand how disappointing it is when you’ve got your hopes up, but your dog hasn’t taken to our food.

It’s actually quite common at first. Dogs can be a bit wary of new food simply because it’s unfamiliar, not necessarily because they don’t like the taste. We usually have a really strong success rate with fussy eaters - around 95% of former fussy eaters go on to enjoy Marleybones. Sometimes it just takes a couple of small tweaks to how their meals are served.

I’d love to help you with this if you’re open to it. There are a few simple tips and tricks we can try depending on your dog’s routine and how they usually behave around food.

Amazing service. So helpfull

Being 80 years old and not great with computers I made a mistake on my ordering .sooo upset . Got in touch with marleybones .they could have refused my request . Instead they sent many messages of support and fully refunded my money into my account .no hidden charges. I conversed with a young lady Maria who could not have been more helpfull. Wonderfull service .quite rare in this day and age.

Customer service

Bit of a hiccup with an order that was placed and charged for twice but money refunded and food recalled be fire it arrived so all good, could do with a phone number for contact but the food is excellent and easy to store.

I’ve been feeding my pup Marleybones…

I’ve been feeding my pup Marleybones for 3 months now, and overall I’m really pleased. He has a number of allergies and intolerances, so it’s been great to find a food that not only suits him but that he actually gets excited about at breakfast and dinner.

There are a couple of downsides. The packaging, while compact for storage, is quite narrow once opened, which makes it tricky to measure portions after the first use. It’s also a bit fiddly, especially for someone with neuropathy.

My only other concern is the lack of variety in fish flavours. As my dog can’t digest meat, having just one fish option worries me—he may get bored in a few months, and I’d hate to have to start the search all over again.

my rescue dachshund on Marley bones

Tried my rescue dachshund on Marley Bones as she just wouldn’t eat & success she loves it ! That meant my 8 yr old Cavalier who was on kibble wasn’t going to be left out !

Great product, awful service and processes

I’m really disappointed with my experience with this company. After a payment wasn’t taken on the expected date, I cancelled my subscription, only to find that they still took the payment anyway and processed an order without my consent. I then had to cancel the subscription again, with no clear confirmation that it had actually been actioned.

To make matters worse, my dog won’t even eat the food, so the order is completely useless to me. I’ve tried to resolve this, but there seems to be no proper way to contact a real person. The lack of customer service is incredibly frustrating — everything appears to be handled by AI, with no option to speak to someone directly.

Overall, this has been a very poor experience. Unexpected charges, difficulty cancelling, and no accessible human support is not what I would expect from a reputable company. I wouldn’t recommend based on this experience.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re really sorry this experience caused frustration - this is not the experience we want for any customer.

We’ve looked into your order and subscription to better understand what happened. Your cancellation request came through after your order had already been processed. Our warehouse team begin picking and packing very quickly, which means we’re unable to stop an order once it is underway. We do send reminder emails 3 days ahead of renewal to give customers plenty of time to make any changes, including updating payment details or cancelling, which can be done via the subscription dashboard, before the next order is processed.

As soon as your message reached our team, we acted quickly to resolve this by arranging for the parcel to be returned to us and issuing a full refund. We can also confirm your subscription has now been fully cancelled, so no further orders or payments will be taken.

In terms of support, as a small team we use an AI-assisted triage system outside of working hours to help manage and prioritise incoming enquiries. All messages are then picked up by our Customer Care team during working hours. We’re continuously working on improving response times and the overall support experience.

We’ve also reached out a couple of times, as we’d really value the opportunity to understand your experience in more detail and make sure everything has been fully resolved for you. We’d hate for you to feel disappointed, and we’re always open to a conversation if that would help.

We’re very sorry again for any frustration caused here. Your feedback will help us continue improving both our processes and communication.

Excellent Dog Food

Have changed both my dogs to Marleybones. They love the taste & it suits them very well. Both have allergies & I have tried lots of different food but the Chic Chicken has really helped them. Easy to navigate the web site & delivery from DPD is great. Also like being able to store in a cupboard rather than freezer & the cartons are easy to take on holidays with us.

Delighted with the results so far

Having tried many different brands, Marleybones is the only one that we find a clean bowl day and night. Our Cocoa has now started sitting and nudging us when it’s meal time she loves it so much.

Love this 🐾

I’m so glad I found Marleybones for my lovely old girl. She absolutely loves the food, goes mad every time I feed her. She has been very fussy recently and getting her to eat has become so difficult. This week however she’s polished off every meal. She even grabs the box to clean that out too.
The price is very, very reasonable and the fact I can store it in a normal cupboard is a real bonus- saves so much freezer space.
The people working at Marleybones have been a delight to deal with, friendly, kind and helpful.
I’m not sure we will be a customer for long as Maisie is deteriorating every day but seeing her eat this so happily has made my heart happy 🫶🏻

Game changer at meal times

Scoobie the giant Cavapoo is a fussy eater who isn’t really interested in food unless it’s mine. When I received my trial pack it was like night and day - he loves the food and sits waiting at meal time. I add some kibble for crunch. The food smells like human food, not that overwhelming whiff of yuck you get with cans etc. so that’s a big thank you from Scoobie, and from me.

Marleybones is a firm favourite of our…

Marleybones is a firm favourite of our extremely fussy, Shihtzu, Stanley! I used to have to make him steamed veg and chicken every day and I did try other dog food but he would literally turn his head away from it! We have been using Marleybones for a few months now and Stanley gets so excited for meal times and eats every last mouthful of it.
