Appalling company. Product comes from China, ridiculously long delivery time (still waiting 3 weeks later) and no customer service. No possibility of returns as you have to send them back at your cost. AVOID at all cost

Absolute S***show of a company, beyond below quality items, ordered a supposed luxury coat for my wife for chritmas, didn't turn up untill 9th January and the quality was a joke, at no point did it state the item was coming from China, on the online statement it has a Dutch address and when I complained they said sometimes they outsource to get orders completed and they could offer me a 50% voucher for future business, AVOID AT ALL COSTS, it's nothing but cheap,horrible low quality C**P!!!!!

WOULD GIVE ZERO iIF HAD OPTION. DO NOT TOUCH THIS ORGANISATION !!!!

I’d really like to give no stars! Had to chase delivery. Lodged a complaint with PayPal. Item came 2 days later ..from China. That was a surprise. Then it was totally not as described. Instead of a nicely styled 100% cotton denim shirt I received a 100% polyester shirt only fit for the bin. Had to change reason for dispute with PayPal. They have refunded my account. It had taken me more time than it was worth but it was the principle for me.

I ordered a pair of shoes and by accident I chose the wrong size as well, and then, just two ours later I noticed and asked a cancellation request through an email and by another email they confirmed that they have received my request. But the next day which is today, they written an email that they have dispatched the item and cannot cancel it.

To make a long story short, can anyone advise me how to start legal actions against this scammer? I am ready to dedicate my months to fight against them that might a fine help to the society.

Some amount of 5* reviews for lamps and comfy jumpers in recent days. Like the company, I don't believe these reviews.

It's a complete sham.

I ordered a pair of walking shoes from this company and initially had a problem obtaining the width of the shoes. Satisfied the width was ok , I ordered a pair and after two weeks asked when delivery might be . I was referred to a tracking company who claimed they were delivered. I asked for this to be checked and was sent a picture of someone holding a parcel at a front door. However it was not my address it was delivered to but the Maroxe agent could not provide the name to whom it was delivered.
Maroxe have stated that as the product has been delivered they are no longer responsible.

Complete sham company whom I suggest everyone should still clear of , as it will be charged for a product you never receive.

I ordered a wool sweater as a gift in good faith two weeks before Christmas. The garment that arrived today (three weeks later) was a hideous nylon sweatshirt screenprinted with the design of the sweater but bore no resemblance to the item I had originally ordered. Buyer beware! I saw other clothing reviews and should have known better!

I ordered Claudia women's comfortable non slip flat shoes with arch support! The only correct word in the title is flat. There is no arch support, I would call them slippers as they are so flimsy and not very comfortable. The company is based in China so have to pay for returns plus customer tax plus insurance, so out of pocket if goods are under £40. I hope to get 50% of purchase price back. Customer service so quick to respond they did not read the emails correctly. Never again

Fake shop. Misrepresented selling. I ordered a leather jacket as advertised and received a cheaply made pvc stinky jacket. BEWARE.. this is a scam website which was advertised on Google insta tic tic toc etc. laws need to come into place for such scammers. Governments of where these are originating from need to be held accountable now to get something done.

Product wrong size despite saying the right size on the (Dutch!) website. Bad materials, really badly made. Incredibly bad returns policy. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE

Zero stars. This company should not be allowed to advertise on Instagram. I should have read Trustpilot before ordering a pair of shoes. They sent the wrong size, and “Jeff” & “Mike” can only give me a credit note. Naturally I said I would send the shoes back when they sent a free postage label, but no response.
I shall donate the shoes, and inform my credit card company and a solicitor.

Fake shop. Please don't order here. The adress which used in the Netherlands is just a random houseadres. There isn't any shop in this building. The Dutch Police is informed about this scammers company.

I have also just been cheated by this company and lost my money. Please read the reviews below - I wish I had before ordering. The goods are inferior in quality and the return process is ridiculous - postage and customs fees back to China (ignore the Dutch address on their website - this is just misleading). So you end up left with goods you don't want and can't get your money back.

Black bag was ordered.

White bag was sent.

To resolve this they want us to return the bag at our cost (around £20). Despite multiple emails just Jeff responding that they don’t provide shipping for returns. Missing the entire point that this is their error to resolve so they need to send a replacement and pay for me to return the wrong item they sent.

Now have stopped responding. Have disputed the transaction with my credit card company. Do not buy from this company they are a complete scam

This company doesn't deserve a star at all. They sell absolute rubbish. Long delivery time, received a jumper that did not represent the photo or description given. Not the same colour and poorly made. Why is Instagram still supporting this scam company on their site?

Do not go near this company paid for goods never received the items and they just keep on sending confusing emails back and forward asking to send photos off the items you haven’t received, stay away from this company like the plague, no chance off ever getting my money back , terrible trader

Appalling service. The shoes I ordered took 6 weeks to arrive. When I chased them, they sent me tracking maps for towns in the USA. Very badly made. The shoe lining catches in the zips. Don't buy from these people.

Very bad avoid. Waiting over 6 weeks for trainers. Taken money and now can’t get response. AVOID!!
