Efficient and reliable

After the installation of our heat pump we continue to have it serviced each year with Marshall.
They contact us each time and remind us that a service is due.
The engineer always arrives at the time given and is very helpful and friendly.
We have had no problems with this system and would recommend Marshall 100%, they are efficient and reliable.

Marshall Clean Heat and Power

Marshall Clean Heat and Power, and their predecessor Marshall McCourt, have been servicing my Ground Source Heat Pump for a number of years now. They can always be relied upon to keep the GSHP running smoothly and efficiently and any issues they identify are dealt with in a similar manner. I can recommend them

We used Marshalls to install our ASHP…

We used Marshalls to install our ASHP initially over a year ago and when we wanted to complete our eco upgrade to include battery storage and an EV charger (we already have solar panels), we went back to them.
We shopped around for quotes on both occasions just to play it safe, but we didn't hesitate to use them again.
The office staff are friendly and efficient. The engineers are knowledgeable, friendly and crack on with the job.
The only delays were because of Northern Power grid but that couldn't be helped and is because of our location. Though we're in North Yorkshire, the company were very happy to install and service our equipment, and we met them in their offices once too when we were in the area.
It feels like we've spent a fortune with them, well we have really but that's because we would rather pay for top quality products and service, but we would definitely recommend the whole team. I think we are fully green now but will continue getting our equipment serviced through Marshalls so look forward to catching up with the team annually.

We had a burst pipe on our own house…

We had a burst pipe on our own house (Marshall’s have been helping us with a new build we are undergoing installing air source heating)

Cannot fault them had an engineer out within the hour stopped the leak and was able to keep the heating on over night (which was really appreciated with my Nana being 82)

Came out first thing in the morning renewed the two pipes in that area

All flowed like clock work and took a lot of stress out of the situation

Thank you to every one especially Steve 👍

Boiler replacement

Faultless response to an urgent situation.
The works to install the replacement boiler were carried out and the heating system was recommissioned.

Boiler Service

Fast and efficient service in dealing with the company from booking to having the job done.
Engineer polite and professional.
Admin staff pleasant and efficient.
Will be more than happy to use the company again.

Overall excellent experience working with Marshalls. Knowledgeable sales team, technically competent personnel and first class installers! They really listened to what I wanted, guided me and delivered a fabulous solution. Don’t hesitate using this company for your clean heat and power! 😊

the company has been efficient and…

the company has been efficient and helpful in the whole process from planning to commissioning of our ASHP. They have been transparent about costs, professional about installation, friendly, as careful about our house as they could be - including care for our cat - and knowledgeable about their work. They have been very helpful with regard to queries, and quick email and telephone advice.

Excellent Quality Company

As always excellent Service. I’ve dealt with Marshalls for some years now on two properties involving installation and service of Heat Pumps and Solars, they are an excellent company.
Gary (2 sugars), the heating engineer who has installed and serviced our systems is first class, as are all the engineers, electricians etc that have attended.

Service itself was good but there were issues.

Service itself was done to a good standard by a pleasant and professional engineer.
However overall communication was poor. Service was booked for 12.00 and heating was switched off from 9.00am to let everything cool down. It was a very cold, wet and snowy day. By 12.30 no one had come so I rang MCHP to query whether he was coming. They said he'd been delayed and would be there around 2.00pm. By 2.30 pm no engineer. So my wife rang MCHP again. They said he was now in Norton and would be another 40 minutes. Sure enough he arrived at 3.15 pm and the service completed. Our main gripe was that the company should have been notifying customers of the delay rather than them having to contact MCHP for updates. Especially with the cost of their service having risen 20% in 12 months. I could have saved a lot of money by having the service done by somone else.

We are, however, deeply sorry for the significant issues you experienced with the communication regarding the engineer's delay. You are absolutely right that on a day with such severe weather—including the bad snow and ice you experienced—we should have been proactive in contacting you with updates, rather than waiting for you to call us.

We understand how frustrating it must have been to have your heating off for so many hours on such a cold, wet, and snowy day. Please accept our sincerest apologies for the inconvenience and discomfort this caused you and your wife. We are reviewing our internal procedures to ensure that communication with customers takes priority during unexpected disruptions like this.

While we appreciate that the increase of approximately 20% feels significant, we want to assure you that this was our first price adjustment in five years. We strive to keep our services competitive and offer excellent value, and our new prices remain extremely competitive compared to the industry standard in the local area.

Tip Top Service

Thank you for the quality of your recent installation at my property. One word, faultless.
Your guys arrived nice and early and were well prepared.
The utilities were re-routed quickly and without any hic-ups.
The Powerwall installation team were very much on the ball from the outset. The Team Leader was very well mannered and provided me with an ongoing update of what was being do, why it was being done and how long it would take but always asking if what he had proposed was acceptable.

All in all a smashing bunch of lads who deserve credit. Please pass on my warmest regards to the guys.

Once again a really prompt and helpful…

Once again a really prompt and helpful response from M&M team . Prompt responses from the office service team and a visit from John sorted out the problem caused by a change of router ! They are a very reliable company and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them !
