I’m honestly at a loss for words when it comes to describing Martindales! I cannot recommend them highly enough. We had our windows and front door replaced, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. From the very first consultation with Russell through to installation, the communication was excellent, the process was seamless, and the team was professional, courteous, and reliable. It was a pleasure to have them round and to host them for a couple days - shout to Ryan and Stan. The quality of the workmanship is outstanding! And a special thank you to Amy for supporting us through it all!

Martindale have been straightforward to deal with from the first contact with Tom who originally helped put together our replacement aluminium windows and doors estimate to the final day our two brilliant installers Jamie and Stan left. Our requirements were very specific, could read as fussy! Unlike some other window installers, we looked at, Martindale were happy to try and meet all our bespoke requirements. We had a vision to help modernise our home and make it lower maintenance, which high quality aluminium frames would provide. Our requirements included exact RAL colour, different inside and outside frame colour, door hinges and warm edge to match along with additional surround trim, privacy glass with an acid etched look, even the window and door handles were non standard, we wanted an open clean lines look to our replacement windows and doors. Our massive thanks to Scott for helping with the supply and design of all these options, which we know took considerable negotiation and organisation. Jeff visited and made sure all the measurements that had been previously taken were correct and recommended surround strips, again in our selected RAL colour. The finished result totally transformed the look of our home from outside and in. Jamie and Stan who spent eight days with us for the installation were at all times diligent, tidy, polite and highly professional in all the work they have completed to a very high standard. Communication was also good, with a team that I guess are often out on the road, Amy in the office was always reliable to leave a message with and keep track of payments. We can honestly say, Martindale and the team can be highly recommended. Thank you for helping to transform our home for the better.

Martindale windows provided us with a fantastic service. From enquiry through to installation, it was seamless. The guys onsite were very respectful and left the area tidy.
