Mason Genie Avis 18

Once I figured out what I was doing wrong (it helps to read ALL of the instructions), it's been great! I wish I had known about this product a long time ago. I could have saved a bunch of fresh fruits and vegetables! It took a little longer to arrive than I thought it would, but that wasn't a big deal. A piece of chalk would have been cool as I don't usually have it lying around. I would definitely recommend this product to family and friends.

I am very happy and surprised to actually have a company that gets back to you when you have questions! I contacted the customer service when I could not see any movement for two days. I figured it was operator error on my side. I felt great to hear everything was on its way. Then I questioned whether regular ball lids could be used and received videos to answer my question. They have been Wonderful!

The Mason Genie is helping me cut down on SO much wasted food. With the vacuum seal, my fruits and vegetables last so much longer. My dry goods (pasta, rice, flour, sugar and brown sugar) are now staying fresh as well. It's so nice to open the brown sugar and not have it all hardened from sitting out in the open.

Love my Mason Genie! It really changed how I store food at home. Super easy to use and my food stays fresh way longer. I use it all the time for pantry items, fresh produce, snacks, basically everything! 👍❤️

My Mason Genie stopped charging after six months. Marie at Customer Service walked me through the steps to ensure there wasn't a quick fix. When it was determined to be a defected part, Marie had a new one shipped to me immediately!! Quick and pleasant customer service. Thank you Marie. I use the Mason Genie all the time, especially now since buying items in bulk and storing most things in mason jars. My genie died unexpectedly and within 2 days after contacting the company, I had a new one in route. Very happy with the customer service and commitment to their products! Would definitely recommend. (The vacuum genie is pretty awesome too!)

Mason Genie customer service is great! When needing help with a situation that we ran into they stuck with us daily until the issue was resolved. They were kind, courteous and very helpful. Needless to say the Mason Genie works wonderfully and we would highly recommend it.

We will can on occasion, and after seeing the advertisements for this product, we weren't sure if it would work. After receiving the unit, we used it on some fruits and vegetables that we normally just put in a sealed plastic container. Normally an apple cut into quarters will brown in a few hours. We are now going on three days without it getting brown. Our grapes last almost as long as we need. It doesn't replace normal canning but for short term storage, Great product.

Great customer service that worked with me quickly to resolve a battery issue. They responded to messages quickly with great communication and quickly determined I needed a replacement product under the warranty. The replacement was shipped out quickly. From the day I got my Mason Genie...I want to work with it...I'm 64 year old man , don't have a lot to do , but for the last weeks I have a lot to do and have filled my shelf with all kinds of , what os now..long term dry goods..and I'm still going...this is fun..

The product is wonderful! Good solid construction. I received my product in 5 days, which was fantastic. When I received my order, I thought there were missing items. I reached out to customer service, their reply was speedy, helpful, and kind. They are great at sending product hints to get the most out of the product, which has been great! Love this product and will be recommending to everyone.

The Mason Genie works great! Just as it is described. I’ve used it with fruit, veggies, even salad greens in a large jar. I love it!!

I ordered the MasonGenie Kit for over $60, but I only received the lid device. I have had many email exchanges with this company requesting a refund. They do offer a return policy on their website. All I want is a refund, but to date they have not sent any return instructions to me.

I ordered product on Dec. 3. It shows that it was in Chicago on Dec. 4 and in Dallas (where I live) on Dec. 5. Starting on Dec. 15, the tracking shows that it's out for delivery. I've written to the company to ask about the holiday gifts, and I have received no response.
