There were a few little misunderstandings & a problem with a delivery by Evri, but that's Evri for you. Don't use Evri! They're shockingly bad! Aside from that everything was fine & it was all so... Voir plus

Reply to rouge importer trying to ignore hos legal obligations

I have purchased four hammock stands and three have failed at exactly the same point.
When I complained the first time I was sent a replacement part. I was impressed with this company. After the further two failures I was accused of abusing the product and requested proof of this. I was advised that the company had sold lots of this item( 80 admired by the company (less than 2% failure) ?)
In my communication I an given the reply” we have sold lots, you have abused’)
In public here “ we have tested this and it’s not true” I have asked for evidence, testing and asked for an email address to resolve this issue:
They have not provided anything, I have receipts, the have nothing all hey sat is we have sold loads and no problem, you are the problem . I ask ok on what basis and they ignore answers as if they are a decent, caring company/ But if this is still visable on trustpilot then they have lied. Worst company ever dealt with blame the user, user complains on here but there stance had been you abused our product, prove it and if you can people won’t see this review. I asked for an email to take it further, ignored, “ we have sold loads of this product ( that we import from china and have no safety, manufacturing concerns with but cannot provide technical , test data or uk compliance certificates for) please provide the test data in public as when the buyer of three stands requested it you refused, like you did when they requested an email address in their initial concern. If you see this it’s true, it would be taken down if it wasn’t.

No product and zero communication

Ordered at the start of the month, now the 25th and nothing. Emailed several times and zero reply. Said despatch with 14 working days, we are now on 16. Absolutely terrible customer service! If I could simply get an answer I will delete this review

Coffee grinder

IMrs Annette coomber hi thanks for reply to my review I'm sorry but I think I would like a replacement I am housebound with my husband who has dementia and I need a good coffee grinder

Bad and good - well treated but never got the product

Ordered my product on the 9th June. Now the 17th and it’s still not arrived. Tried to contact Massive Discounts by phone. No one answered. Emailed. No one responded. However, this turned out to be due to holidays and they were very responsive when they returned. Unfortunately, their courier has massively let them down and due to that I've asked (which they were very accommodating about) for a full refund.

Ordered an L shaped wooden bar

Ordered an L shaped wooden bar. Slight delay in arriving had to chase order. Upon putting the bar together I was supplied with instructions for a different kit! It was like doing a jigsaw with no photo of the jigsaw! 😆 The quality of said bar is what I describe as rustic and not very refined but to be honest it’s ok. Definitely not worth the full price.

Great price and service, can't fault them.

This was the first time i used Massive Discounts so wasn't sure what to expect, but i was very happy with the price and the service. They were cheaper than anywhere else i looked and my order arrived before the estimated time so, in this one experience, I can't fault them and will certainly consider them first on future purchases.

I give a star for customer service…

I give a star for customer service support. I bought a bunk bed for kids which was advertised as coming with mattress. It didn't and when I contacted them, they said it was their mistake and I should return and they will refund. In my opinion, because it was their fault, they could offer to send us the mattress or a discount to buy them. I ended up keeping the bed because kids were disappointed if sent back and spending lot more on new mattresses.
