Overall was good but in putting together one of them, some of the pieces were damaged (bent, peeling)!

I live in North Carolina and finding Buffalo Bill baby apparel has not been easy. I bought one of your puzzles from a store and checked your website for more Buffalo Bills items.

The frame covers the puzzle by 1-1/2 inches, it covers too much of the image. I tried returning, but unfortunately, I learned I must cover shipping. Shipping costs are over $18.00. I tried working with customer service, they refuse to help. Do not do business with this company!

A good selection, easy order and fast delivery
There's a good selection of puzzles and many of them are the odd size piece puzzles that I like. Only thing is some of the puzzles are missing one piece and some have an extra piece or two. Most have a poster to look at which makes it much easier to put together but some of them expect you to just look at the box cover which is harder to see.

Missing pieces and return/exchange policy is difficult
Received my order and have already put together the “90’s TV” puzzle and it’s missing a piece. When I looked on your website, the return/exchange policy is awful!! You have to ship stuff back and there’s no guarantee that your return will even be accepted.
