Ordered consumer unit and a separate rcd on the 16-12-25, was supposed to be 3-5 days but unfortunately didn’t arrive until 14-1-26

Appaling customer service
Appaling customer service. Waited for days for them to approve a return request for an unused unopenend item. On chasing via phone, was then told it will be 25% handling fee which is completely unreasonable considering we waited ages for this item.

Thanks for your message, and I’m sorry you feel let down by the experience. I do want to clarify that this was an Eaton item that was specially ordered in for you, which is why the return process took longer to approve and why a restocking/handling fee applies.

Excellent Price and Prompt Delivery of Rolec EVO
This supplier offered the ROLEC EVO at a price which beat those of specialist EV Suppliers AND they were also able to supply the ROLEC add-on items which some of the EV shops didn't have listed. Ordering was very straight-forward and delivery was excellent on fast.

No response re order.
I ordered a downlight on 19th Dec to finish a job. It was supposed to be in stock and same day despatch. I emailed Mastertrade 23rd Dec for an update as it was showing on my account as "Processing". So far, no response and still "Processing". Not impressed.
