Association of Master Tradesmen Avis

Very helpful and knowledgeable managers.
A joy to deal with

I recently had extremely bad experience from this association. It took me a week for them to call me back when I requested for a qualified builder. After about 4 weeks on they gradually made 4 builders to me in a week time apart. The nightmare was when they called in. None of them could give me a realistic quote for the extension I needed. Instead they had every excuses for not being able to quote for the job. Interestingly, one of them got a spare key to my house in London to get his so called dedicated architect to plan and assess the job. It took me three month for him to bring the quote along with the keys to my house back; who never performed on his three times changing his arrangements to bring back the keys and never did.
It was awfully irresponsible. Excellent in delivering excuses rather than a good job.
I was appalled by this experience that was recommend by one of my close friends. They are just dreadful association. They could be better called an association of master crook men instead. I would mark them a one star association; when thinking of being generous to their service.

Grateful for your association in finding me a first class Builder to do my House extension

Wonderful friendly, professional and efficient job. So impressed with everyone involved. Thank you for taking the pain out of building works. So quick and professional.

Very good customer service. Followed build from start to finish.

Well worth using this Association. I obtained my builder through them and they checked up regularly that I was happy with my builders and always offered to intervene should I be having any problems.

Our account manager Esme is professional to deal with.

I needed to get a reputable builder for the extension. I had never neede a builder before and so after 3 fruitless attempts myself I contacted the Master Tradesmen who sent 3 builders who could all start fairly promptly. Estimates came in quickly and we were very pleased with our choice.
The master tradesmen saved me a lot of time.
Thank you

Experie Contractors Ltd was very professional. They transformed my old kitchen into a larger kitchen extension, utility room and full bathroom. Abdul was very helpful and visited the site every day to keep me updated. The job was done to a very good standard and at a reasonable price that suited my budget. I’m very happy that I was able to complete my project, and my family and friends love my new extension.

The Association of Master Tradesmen have been absolutely outstanding, Laura Smith has been our contact throughout the process from first presenting trusted builders in the area to weekly and monthly calls so as to ensure that they builders was on target. If there would have been any issues then The Association would directly contact the builder and resolve. Even had call post build to ensure that it had bene finished to my satisfaction.

Excellent service
The team at Masterbuilders helped me identify a good local builder to rebuild our Garden Brick Garage. The work was excellent and on time and to budget - rarely had that. Laura and her team kept in contact throughout to check on progress and our level of satisfaction.
Thank you - no hesitation in recommending the Federation of Master Builders and I do not often give recommendations!

We had difficulty finding suitable builders to quote for an extension and garage conversion. The Association of Master Tradesmen (AMT) quickly provided four tradesmen in our area, three of whom provide quotes from whom we selected one. He completed the build entirely to our satisfaction. At regular intervals AMT followed up with us to track progress and our satisfaction with the build, were always helpful and polite. We were very glad we found this service and the assistance they provided
