Absolutely rubbish firm. Just like previous consumer bought and tried to resell on Vinted as reduce reuse recycle silicone and got blocked when its a genuine item. Totally rubbish firm! Avoid them and don’t try to resell.
Totally overpriced for what it is, our baby never like it and prefered to chewed on other much cheaper silicone teethers from ali. All that wouldn't have prompted me to leave a negative review however when I tried to resell it on Vinted for a few quid and the company reported my listing as potential counterfeit which it's not. If this is how badly it's going for you that you feel the need to report a 2 quid listing on Vinted, I feel sorry for you. I will never buy anything from you ever again.
Great pain relief for my little one - the bumps on the back of the head really soothe her. Also the only teether she likes holding because of its little arms and the different colours are so cute! Will have to get some more for her- no more chewing on fingers
Best teethers on the market! We have tried sooo many different products and remedies to help with my son’s teething pain and the monkey teethers are the only thing that have worked! Highly recommend
We bought the giraffe teether after having been recommended by a friend. Our little one chewed on throughout his teething phase and it also helpfully doubled as a teething gel applicator when He was in particular discomfort. We needed to make a change to our order and customer service was speedy in response and very helpful.
Game-changing teethers! It’s the perfect size and has cute little arms for my bubba to hold. Lovely brand, and I’ll definitely be purchasing more for my girlfriends baby showers.
Amazon recalled teether clips which I was informed my matchstick that I could only get a replacement not a refund. I was happy to do this and was informed I would need to show them evidence I had cut the clips in half which I did. On arrival to Ireland I had to pay customs on top of this when I opened them only one pack inside despite me having two packs in the photo. Customer care not responding to my request to be reimbursed for the customs charges.
I purchased two teether clips, one of them broke leaving the round head of the clip in two small pieces. This is a huge choking hazard. Contacted customer service straight away and didn't get response for 11 days, outrageous. Do not buy, stay away, keep your kids safe!
I ordered the blue bath time slide on November 23rd and still have not yet received it. I can see on my pay pal account I paid for it on that day. So disappointing! It was a gift for my nephew which I need to send him by December 12th. Haven’t heard anything from the company either. Terrible
