Cannot Recommend More Highly
Kerry was friendly, knowledgeable, informative, non pushy and honest.
We ended up discovering Material Things through a bad customer experience at Sofology, so it was finally good to find excellent customer service and great quality sofa's at Material Things. Needless to say, we cancelled our Sofology order (as they are cowboys and a complete shambles) and bought our G-Plan sofa from Material Things.
The delivery guys were also great, very pleasant and clearly bothered about attention to detail and ensuring everything was to the correct standard.

First class service

When the furniture arrived it was just as we were expecting and a last minute decision for another two scatter cushions was dealt with them being completed within 24 hours.
Truly a FIRST CLASS SERVICE.

Excellent sales staff
Excellent sales staff, plenty of informed advice and help in choosing furniture. Good choice of fabric.
Furniture was delivered very close to date given and was carefully installed.
We couldn’t have asked for a more accommodating business with delivery dates honoured and removal of old furniture well handled.

An excellent company with exceptional service
I had a problem with some furniture which I bought and the customer care and courtesy shown in resolving this was exceptional. The issue was not from Material things but from the manufacturer who was in Germany.
Everything was resolved to my complete satisfaction.

Excellent Customer Service
We chose recently to buy a new sofa from Material Things and went back to them after 30 years as our original 3 piece suite we purchased from them and had had recovered twice finally gave up. We went back to Material Things as we have found the service has always been professional ,caring and you know you are in good hands and treated as individuals. We had an issue with the manufacturer of our new purchase and the customer service , communication and resolution was carefully handled by the team at Material Things to a successful conclusion, we would highly recommend them.
