They are fantastic delicious love people fast delivery I’m a customer for life I never tasted honey as good as there’s kinda regards legacy.

After waiting very impatiently for the postman, I couldn’t wait to try my honey. If you’re thinking of purchasing, DO IT! It is incredible, I’ve never tasted honey like it! My order arrived within 2 days, the packaging is beautiful and you can tell a lot of effort goes into it. I ordered the acacia honeycomb, British wildflower soft set honey, orange blossom and rare pink thyme. The honeycomb was incredibly succulent, smooth and not too sweet and the pink thyme was like nothing I’ve ever tasted before, full bodied, sweet, a little fruity, it was stunning! I will absolutely never buy shop bought again. Thank you so much 💛

It's a long story. Ordered the little taster pots and decided the Scottish heather honey was quite the best. Ordered a jar. The wrong one arrived. These things happen in life so it was not a problem, emailed Kate to say what had happened, three days later the right honey arrived. A slice of toast and real butter plus the newly arrived honey confirmed I made the right choice. Emailed Kate to say thanks and to ask what to do with the one sent by mistake, an email came straight back saying please keep it for your trouble.
Now that is what I call excellent customer service, but better still was the honey and knowing that it was not adulterated in any way like so much imported supermarket honey.

Further to my previous bad review, Kate Maters got in touch with me. It seems that my previous order is still somewhere in the Royal Mail system, almost two months later!

Kate immediately sent me another shipment, which I’m pleased to say, arrived safely! I have no idea what happened to the emails I sent, but a very satisfactory result, and many thanks to Kate Maters for intervening personally!

Awesome honey, wanted to try some of each, so ordered a 12 sample pack, couldn’t wait for the bread I was bakeing, so had to use tea spoon. All the honey’s were great, not sure on my fav. Came packed and presented really well, Very happy. Will be ordering more.
