I don't find the quality of the item to as described now that's just my opinion the knife to was light in weight and the pouch for the knife was a cheap piece off thin pvc so onthe whole i myself was disappointed with it .sorry

I bought some scent from this company

I bought some scent from this company, I never knew they were based in the US, they never said anything about that on their advertisment
I have contacted them, they are about as much use as a chocolate fire guard
If they have a weird name, dont use them, you will lose your money
I am going through a PayPal process to get my refund (They dont have a very high rating on the internet or on Trustpilot
Next time I will check their ratings here
Seems like there are a lot of scammers out there

No order and no response from the company

Placed an order with them on the 19th April 2025.

As of today the order has still not arrived. The tracking number provided by the company when I click on the link it says the order is still somewhere in China and has been since the 24th April.

I emailed the company 2 days ago and yet to get a response.

Not very good and won't be using again. Beware to anyone looking to purchase via this company it's not advised.

I have been in contact with the company…

I have been in contact with the company for two months now to get a refund on bras I bought that do not fit. Cup size is wrong.
The only way I could get them to reply was to put a comment on their Facebook page. They replied and said I hadn't bought anything but then when I gave them my order number they managed to find it!!!!
They offered £7.00 gift voucher to start with. I spent £24.00.
When told I wanted a full cash refund in my bank I was offered £12.00
Again I said no a full refund
I have now been told I can only if I return the goods to China. But apparently right at the start of my conversations I could not return the goods as it would cost too much money. They are not giving me the cost of postage.
So my battle goes on.
Do not buy from them you can not get a full refund and they only answer if you put something on Social media complaining
