Matrix Arms Avis

Transaction was smooth items purchased (4 stripped AR lowers) landed at my FFLs door with no issues.

Fast response to emails. Delivered as promised.

Responsive, fast shipping, super affordable, and product was nicer than I was anticipating! Customer for life

Great company..went out of there way to help out us Virginia customer..now the the Va ban has been lifted i will be doing more business with them..the gen2 upper and lower is top quality at Great price..i cant say enough good things about the people and products and i been in the gun business for over 40 years...

Your 80% lower receivers are as good as I've seen. The machining is excellent. Water drain cuts on the magazine well are not to thin. Magpul magazines fit well in the magazine well. The buffer tube spring retaining hole is drilled/located where it leaves enough metal between it and the rear pocket machined into the receiver. The look of the anodizing is good. I'm always satisfied with your product.

If I would have known about this company years ago, I would have better quality components on many of my firearms and more money in my pocket. Tremendous company. Thank you very much.

Fast shipping, very nice fit and finish

Thank you looks great and really great quality to.

It took a little longer to ship my frames out than specified, but the product quality was well worth the wait. Already ordered another one.

Matt at Matrix made sure to get a last minute order to me before a time sensitive Virginia deadline- quality and finish looks great and exactly as expected-thanks for getting that done in time guys!

Products delivered were great. Got what I was looking for. The only issue was getting in contact with Matrix about my order. This did finally happen, but I would recommend finding a better way to allow customers to communicate with staff.

Absolutely love the product. The communication and follow through on order shipping has been insanely horrible. No phone calls answered. local FFL has had the same complaints as a wholesale customer. Left a voicemail outside my character the other day due to well over $500 of product that was never shipped. No call back no answer just parts in the mail two days later. I really want to purchase on of their handguns but after that last experience..

fast shipping nice product

well made products, the customer service was great, they helped alot. thank you matrix arms.

Didn’t receive a confirming email but quickly responded to my email asking about a status update and sent my FFL my package 2 day shipping before the virginia awb. Great quality receivers and definitely will buy from them again someday!! Buy with confidence.

Excellent communication from as soon as I placed the order. Shipping was expedient and items well packed. Receivers were a really unique color and appear to be in spec. Looking forward to building them out.

Quality of receivers is best I have seen

Great overall experience, the CEO, Allen worked with me through the entire thing to deliver exactly what I wanted. As well as making the entire process easy.

Amazing responsiveness to inquiry from owner and follow-up emails from staff. Very glad I bought this 9mm lower instead of others — miles ahead in terms of quality, fit & finish, and LBHO mechanism compared to other 9mm AR lowers I have. Go for it.

The quality of Matrix Arms receivers/items is hard to beat. Machining and finish (even those list as blemished) is on par with major manufacturers. My items were individually bagged/wrapped and shipped in a comparmented box to prevent any damage and received in a timely manner. I cannot say enough other than I would definitely recommend Matrix Arms for your AR needs!
