I have been a loyal customer for years. I withstood the deception of ordering a black car then having any old car roll up over and over again. Regardless, this was my first international trip in a while and sadly we were stuck in immigration with 3 other flights arriving at the same time. I texted the driver when we landed that once we get our bags, I will call him. It took us over an hour to get out. He kept calling and calling but answering calls in immigration is not allowed. A few days later I see they charged me $40 more than the quote. They claimed it was because I made them wait and did not return the driver’s calls. What?!! I am In immigration!!! Do you think we were in a cafe sipping coffee? I spoke to multiple people at Matrix who gave me the same explanation. Where was this disclosed on the site or my confirmation? They kept saying “well you did not pick up the phone” to which I replied, “well you never left a message!” They obviously do not value a long-time customer so no worries…I’m done and will find someone else. Horrible!

Not much more you can ask for in an airport ride than being on time in a clean luxury car with a friendly driver. I will use this service again...

Last night 12/3, my driver Mohammed was amazing. He was prompt, communicative, helpful and a great driver like all MATRIX drivers. Additionally his upbeat personality lifted my spirits after my 2 hour delay. Instead of feeling worn out I was upbeat! His good mood was contagious. Thank you, Roberta

Only issue was received a text and email an hour after drop-off that a driver was waiting to pick us up. Called Matrix and was told it was just a technical issue.

Professionalism: contacting us in advance, making sure that we have a way of contacting them, giving clear instructions on procedures, showing up on time, being pleasant and kind, not minding when we don’t feel much like chatting after a 5 1/2 hour flight and four hour time change.

I've used Matrix for airport runs for years. They are extremely reliable, plus lately they've installed even more technology to make the experience even smoother. Their drivers are always professional and polite and the cars always clean.

All went very smoothly prior to our landing. When we actually landed, I called Muhamadou as per his instructions to let him know we landed, but would be a few more minutes until we existed the plane due to an electrical malfunction. Once off, called him again to let him know we would be outside shortly, but he told me he had gone back to the gas station and he would call me when he was coming. We were outside at 4:40 pm and by 4:50 pm when he still hadn’t called, I called him again to find out where he was snd he said he was waiting in line for gas?! I told him to please come get us immediately. He said he’d be there shortly. At 5 pm when still not there, called again and he said he’d be there in 3 min. He finally showed up at 5:10 pm, having made us wait outside almost 30 min to he picked up. Very unhappy with this service.

The driver, Melik, who picked us up at JFK Terminal 1 was very courteous and professional. We especially liked his white, Jeep Wagoneer, SUV.

the driver ws excellent and extremely helpful. I do have a question about my bill. I noticed you charged me $32.00 for tolls. On both bills. This is quite high since i know the tolls do not cost $32. even if charging for round trip I would like this corrected. I believe this is a fair amount should be $20. 00.

I have used Matrix many times over the years. They have always been on time (early really) and made pick-ups from JFK a breeze. On my most recent trip my plane had to make an emergency landing at a different airport and it was hours before I arrived at my final destination. Matrix was understanding and did not charge me for the delay and made sure someone was there to pick me up when my plane finally got in. I recommend them to all!

The service was excellent, driver's to and from airport were professional and courteous. We will definitely use your car service again.
