We love tikka but expected it to be…
We love tikka but expected it to be mild as suggested ...however we had to mix more natural yoghurt and even mayo to cool it down. I have tummy troubles if too 🫣

Thanks for the review, really appreciate you giving the tikka a try. Sorry to hear it came out spicier than expected, as it’s actually designed to be very mild. There’s only a very small amount of chilli powder in the blend and once mixed with yoghurt and the other ingredients it should normally be quite gentle on heat.

I first found Matt Cooper Bites last year.OMG.I can honestly say this is most probs 1 of the best ive ever bought n tasted.Im not gunna lie,but the ppl i normally plate up for think ive made it myself with all separate ingrediants😂😂Well,they never ask if its a packet mix😂😂i stick to those i like normally but when i win lotterey😂or if,ill be buying BIG bundles.If you like a curry that taste more like the real deal ( As i find takeaway curries are abit to westernised ) then go look on his website.Its the best around

OK the tikka mix was quite nice but the Madras spice mix was vile. I followed the simple recipe on the back of the packet. We had a few mouthfuls then threw it away. Really grainy taste, not pleasant at all.

I would suggest leaving the mix to soak in the hot water for another 3 minutes so those granules soften. We have been using the Matt Cooper bites site for the last year, the curries are excellent and the Chicken Tikka is used every week, we bought a bundle pack recently and still working through it excellent vale.

The Best Home Made Curry
I can't praise this Company enough. The produce is that good it beats eating out. I dont necessarily need to feed alot so i reduce the measurements and it works a treat. I will never buy jars of sauces again. You really will not be disappointed.

Absolutely brilliant. Have used the tikka blend and butter chicken mix for some time and it always hits the spot. Many people have commented on the quality of the ingredients and recipe when cooking for larger groups.

Blown away by these
Ordered Matt Cooper Bites curry kits a few times and I've been blown away every time.
Firstly, the butter chicken with the Tikka mix is incredible. So easy to cook and makes a great potion size. The Dopiaza was another hit.
Looking forward to trying more soon.

Just simply amazing curry and really simple!
Have tried pretty much all of the Matt cooper curry kits and I can tell you they are amazing! I used to spend a fortune on takeaway food and I know a food curry when I have one - I make my own curry’s for scratch and spent a long time learning how to do it but they take time and not every week this is viable - the Matt cooper bites packs are amazing - easy to make - simple instructions and a perfect curry every time - we make a batch and freeze a batch so we are not always cooking each weekend. - last weekend I tried the slow cooker method the house smelt amazing - went for a walk and had a lovely day out to come back to a great madras - this is a great product believe me - and it means you can even make a mid week of your an adopt like me ! Great service and speedy delivery ! Thank you

These curry mixes are very good, there taste authentic and are very easy to make. The chicken tikka mix is amazing along with the dopiaza curry mix.

Can’t rate this guy enough. He seems to have an excellent knowledge of BIR cuisine and, after using the website more times than I can count over the last year, is someone to trust.
I’ve had a go at using pretty much all of the products on the website, and I still keep returning to buy more. The supporting recipes and videos are really helpful and the food that is made as a result is superb. The recipes on the site, which are not linked to any products, are also out of this world. Whatever mattcooperbites is selling, I’m buying.
