Just joined and requested a slightly tricky travel plan: RT for me but 1-way return for someone accompanying me back. Got Google Flights searches in response, which I have done on my own for years. I even found more options than they did when I did the search myself.

Not sure why I paid their fee if they're just going to use Google Flights. And I certainly didn't feel like I got customized customer service, as I asked for both RT and 1-way options for my fellow traveler. I had to ask twice.

Very quick replies - but I joined as a lifetime member & I have never received any reply that was less expensive than what I found myself via Expedia. So cost was not beneficial at all.

Sick to death of getting spammed by this company. Don't let them get your email address or you'll never ever be able to get rid!

There is nothing great about being charged $97.00. All I asked for was a quote. Hey Matt...go get a real job and quit ripping off people. Does your mother know what you're doing?

Matt is quick at responding and accommodating when I needed to make changes!! He also took his time to look into an event we are planning, when he didn't have to!! I am excited to utilize his expertise now, and in the future!!! Thanks Matt!!

I was researching fares from Florida to Buenos Aires and found them to be rather steep. I contacted Matt, who found a great fare for me, saving me $500.00. My subscription was worth every penny. Thanks, Matt!!!

Don't sign up!! Not even for the "free" trial!! I have been trying to get out of this for months, and Matt does not honor the cancelation agreement as stated. I'm being charged $149, and I have NEVER used the service once. I immediately wrote to cancel, deleted and blocked the emails, as they are way too frequent and there was nothing relevant to me. I did this on day one! Yet...Matt will not refund the $149! He must be desparate for cash and/or have no morals

Matt's Flights spams me, and ignores my repeated "unsubscribe" demands. They have continued to spam me for years.

Less than a week ago I became a Premium Subscriber to Matt's fights and the membership has already paid for itself literally 20x over. My girlfriend and I are planning a trip to Indonesia in March and Matt found us a Business Class ticket that is $2000 less than anything else I could find on my own or through consolidators. I couldn't be happier. PLUS Matt's turnaround is remarkably fast. Thank you so much for this incredibly invaluable service.

Have not used them in a long time.
Called the only phone number I can find. 954-536-4375 and got a message and no one responds as I gave out my phone number and no explanation and no service.

I was recently billed for a membership to Matt's Flights. I did not sign up for a membership, did not want a membership and want my money back. The first I i knew of this membership was when I saw my bank statement. Now, there is no way to find a number to call or an American to speak with. I am very angry about this.

A couple of years ago I signed up my wife (who travels more than me) for Matt's lifetime membership. Recently we needed to find a flight itinerary for the two of us for September 2025 between the USA West Coast and Italy and Spain. Matt found us a convenient itinerary (no super early morning departures or super late night arrivals) and likely saved us about $500. Thanks, Matt!
