The green wallet is quite possibly the biggest scam of a healthcare benefit of the century. Impossible to be reimbursed for anything! It takes them 10-15 days to review documents and then at day 30 post service, you lose ability for reimbursement. After 18mos of IUI and IVF, I can’t even get a $50 consult fee reimbursed. What a joke.

The Maven Wallet is confusing, difficult to use, many unnecessary steps, rules, many calls, and left me feeling deeply uncomfortable about the whole experience. I’m not claiming it’s a scam, but the lack of clarity, frustrating processes, their own people don't understand the process, and poor usability certainly made it feel that way.

The other services worked fine, but they felt redundant and didn’t provide enough value to justify the time involved. Overall, the experience was frustrating and, for me, a complete waste of time.

I’ve been proud to serve as a Maven provider and physical support coach since 2014. Being part of a platform dedicated to expanding access to care for women has been incredibly meaningful to me. I’m deeply appreciative of the opportunity to make a broader impact standing with women during pregnancy, post partum and during the menopausal years providing them with care, guidance and resources.

I used Maven through both pregnancies and 1 year of postpartum. With both I leveraged their incredible network of sleep coaches (like a lot!), pediatricians on the weekends when I needed a quick question answer and OT experts. Having the ability to get care within the same day or next day was invaluable to my postpartum experience. I am so grateful that Maven is now available for parents everywhere and not just through employers. It is so easy to navigate and really has the most top notch network of experts!

Maven is a one-of-a-kind resource every woman should know about. I was treated with care, understanding and timely pre-pregnancy, during pregnancy and postpartum and now as I adjust to working parent life. I honestly don’t know what I would have done with it!

I wish for every woman to have access to Maven! While I was grateful for my in-person care team, Maven was just what at needed for those in between moments--late nights and weekends when I needed reassurance throughout pregnancy and postpartum. Providers are exceptional, articles are relevant and span a broad range of needs. I found everyone I interacted with on the platform to be responsive and kind.

Maven was essential in my pregnancy and postpartum experience. I met with lactation consultants, OBGYNs, pediatricians and even sleep coaches as we navigated everything for the first time. I would recommend it anyone looking for trusted and grounded clinical support!

I've had a great experience using Maven, particularly when it comes to the variety of specialists available. It's rarer to find a platform where you can jump from a session with a nutrition coach to a fertility awareness educator to a mental health provider all in one place.

The content library is also a huge standout! It's clearly well-vetted and goes way beyond basic advice.

I'm also really excited to see their new consumer offerings! It feels like the platform is constantly growing to meet more specific needs. Whether you're using it through an employer or looking for independent support, it's a high-quality resource for navigating your own unique health journey! Definitely recommend checking it out.

While the Maven app interface is sleek, the core service - Maven Wallet - has been a major disappointment. We found the reimbursement process for fertility payments to be slow, disorganized, and opaque. There is a persistent lack of clarity regarding required documentation, and processing times frequently exceed the stated "10–14 business days" without explanation. While the educational content and of the app is nice, the essential financial component of the service feels neglected, leaving families stranded for long periods while waiting for significant payments.

Maven supported me through two high-risk pregnancies, both of which resulted in full-term, uncomplicated vaginal deliveries, and I truly believe their care made a huge difference in those outcomes. (As a side note, I also used Maven Wallet for doula cost reimbursement with no issues!)

Now, two years postpartum after my 2nd, I've started working with Maven for GLP-1 support, and the experience has been just as positive. Every provider I’ve worked with has been incredibly kind, thoughtful, and genuinely caring.
