Excellent customer service for tire repair in Newnan
I went to Mavis in Newnan in the Kohl's Home Depot shopping center on a Saturday for a tire repair caused by a nail in my tire. I went online and scheduled an open appointment for 1:00 which I was pleased they accepted appointments. They were very friendly as I checked in, letting me know it may be a little bit of a wait. They let me know about an hour in, that they were sorry for being backed up and my car would be going in shortly. When I checked out they apologized for being late (because of an employee leaving) even though I had an appointment, so they gave me a discount. Having managed workforces for years I totally understood, but I was blown away that they made it right without me asking for it. Very professional I will go to Mavis for tire service in the future. Excellent, professional customer service is refreshing and very much appreciated.

I was at the Mavis Tire store location in Newnan, Ga. I had a flat tire. The location was very busy. The Mavis team members were very nice. To my surprise, they quickly fixed my flat tire and had me back on the road in less than an hour. What great service! When I buy tires, I will certainly return to the Newnan, Ga.location next to I 85. A BIG thanks toMavis tire for A job well done. Service was absolutely terrific, the management team was outstanding. Quick, Friendly and Efficient

I had tire service and wheel alignment at this shop. I am very pleased with the service they provided so far. Romain is a great guy taking care of the business and the alignment guy (a middle aged man) is very skillful and has done a great job! Many thanks !
