Fairport Road
Victor and the crew at the Fairport road location were extremely friendly and helpful. They were going nonstop getting people in and out many of whom did not have an appointment like myself. I appreciated their professionalism, friendliness and efficiency. Victor gave me updates along the way so I always knew what was going on which I appreciated as well. Hopefully I don’t need anything else soon but if I do I will definitely go back there.

I had a horrible experience before and was nervous about going there again. I did check to see if it got new management and it did. I booked online for tires and paid what needed to be paid. I went to East Rochester Mavis in which the tires never got sent. The manager was wonderful in dealing with the situation. Extremely helpful. The team that is there now are very kind

Do not trust this Mavis
Do not trust this Mavis. They did an oil change on my girlfriends car, forgot to put the new oil in, and ruined her engine. Now they are refusing to pay for repairs so we are taking legal action. This is after they left my lights on last time, killing my battery, and not replacing it. I have paperwork and documentation of all of this. Don’t go here
