Mavis Tire - Harbor Dr Avis 

The general store manager was so rude and incompetent in NTB Lakeridge location harbor Dr. He mislead businesses offer me a discount over the phone then when I got there I wanted to validate the offer then he ask me to show from other businesses price match I explained that he offer me a exact price in my vehicle and why he didn't say anything on the phone? Why he wait for me to show up to ask price match then? Later the issue became hight because he didn't value his words he was so rude in the way he talk to me. It Is not about the money it is about the principle and that business respect what they offer either on the phone or in person but not, they mislead you to show up to their business then trapped you there. He didn't care in recognize his mistakes he wanted to go above and charge me a full price and NOT granted what I was offer in the beginning. Then he started showing me that an other worker there was putting a cheapest oil change in my car thats why I got discount before??? So what it is wrong with this businesses? How we can trust now? Also they even didn't have my car records when I took there many times before??? Putting a bad oil or cheapest oil??? So be careful!

Today's service was excellent. I had oil change and front/back brake pads/rotors replaced. They quickly ordered the parts and worked on my car. They took the time to repair my car very generiously and provided me the status until it was completed.

I made a appointmet to get a front end alignment for 12 pm. Before my appointment I recieved a call from Joe
he wanted to make sure I was going to be at my appointment at 12 I told him I would be threr on time. I arrived at 11;40 am and was informed by Brandon that the alignment tech,gos to lunch from 11:30 until 12:30
and to come back at 12: 30 I asked him why was I allowed to make an appointment at 12 and he said it was state law that an employee must get a lunch break I told him That I understood that but I again asked him why they scheduled me at twelve if they new the tech. would be at lunch and so I asked to speak wwwwith Joe and was told he wasn.t there so i cancelled the appointment as I was about to drive away brandon flagged me down in the parking lot and told me the tech was going to take his break at 12;30 by 12:30 my car was still in the lot i called at !pm and was told my car was on the lift and I would recieve a call when its ready. Its 1:30 now so so much for making a 12 o'clock appointmet.
