Excellent service. This is the second time I’ve arrived early for service and was out the door BEFORE my actual appointment time. Employee who works the desk is extremely nice and helpful and has been for all the years we’ve been taking our cars to the Big Flats/Horseheads NY location. We’re very pleased and have no complaints. Thanks!

Over $900 for pissy attitude.
I spent over $900 on a set of 4 high dollar Pirelli tires to go on my new vehicle with only 500 miles. Paid and left. Vehicle shimmied. I went back. They looked it over and said a weight fell off. I didn't believe him. I left second time. Counter guy said his mechanic took it for a drive and it was fine. My new car shimmied still. I live an hour away from the store. I called the dealership and talked to the Assistant Manager. He got pissy with me when I said his guy didn't get it to highway speed. How can you give a good test drive in a 35 mph zone. He said to bring it back. I didn't want to go back to a place displaying such attitude. I never went back, and NEVER will. I will pay to have it looked at by someone who has knowledgeable workers and good attitude.

Very pleasant and rewarding experience recently with regard to a front erratic vibration only to be diagnosed as ice buildup on front suspension . My compliment to Brian for his professional automotive experience, quick fix. Ice buildup. N/C complimentary of Mavis. Ther're the BEST!!! Again, my thanks to Brian.
