Thank you to Donald Clark and the Mavis team of Jackson MS. This is a great place to do business. I have been here on several occasions. The team has always been friendly and very helpful when it comes to my car. They get me back on the road in know time. The build and the restroom is always clean. I absolutely recommend this place for all your car needs. Mavis of Jackson Ms you have a customer for a lifetime. Thanks again for getting my 2013 Hyundai Elantra back on the road.

Had a tire plugged
Had a tire plugged. 4 months later I go back and they say the tire is leaking from the same plug and cannot be repaired and a new tire is required. An attitude was given when questioning the plug only lasting 4 months, then he wants me to buy a tire from them. No thanks. Will never have my car there for service again.

Tire installation, balancing & alignment.
Had four BF Goodrich Advantage T/A's installed on my Subaru Outback this week. All service was outstanding. Wheel balancing was perfect... 30 to 90 mph on the parkway with absolutely no vibration. Wheel alignment also dead-on.....tracks absolutely straight with no wandering whatsoever. Absolutely recommend this shop....the manager (Johnathon) has great customer service attitude.

Had my oil changed and A/C recharged
Had my oil changed and A/C recharged. The employees at this Mavis location were extremely professional, respectful, polite in all facets upto returning back my vehicle after servicing it in a cleanly manner. Have used this Mavis location on several occasions in the past and never, ever had a bad nor unpleasant experience as a consumer. Will keep coming back as a loyal customer.
