Staff is always friendly
Staff is always friendly, attentive, and responsive to my needs. The tech performed a 4-wheel alignment and did a take-off of summer tires and put-on of winter tires and recalibrated the TPMS. Job was well-done.

The customer service was great
The customer service was great. I always feel like I'm appreciated and my time isn't a waste. The manager Jason made sure I understood everything being done and even kept me updated during the process. Never a bad trip to make.

Passive aggressive “manager”
I usually have a pretty good experience at this Mavis but not today. I have never spoken to a more condescending passive aggressive “manager” in my life.
I needed to get something repaired but after dealing with the poor level of customer service from this individual I will never spend my money at this or any other Mavis tire again. There’s a reason why people say “you get what you pay for”. Sometimes saving a few dollars is not worth the lack of respect and professionalism
