I am filing a formal complaint about the unacceptable service I received at the Tire Kingdom located near Pines Boulevard and 172nd Avenue in Pembroke Pines.
I brought my vehicle in to have four new tires installed and waited for more than two hours. During that entire time, nobody touched my vehicle or began working on the tires. No employee gave me a reasonable explanation for the delay, provided an accurate update, or showed any concern about wasting more than two hours of my time.
When I asked about the service, the employees were rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. Instead of apologizing or trying to resolve the problem, they acted as though my questions were an inconvenience. Customers should not be ignored and treated disrespectfully after trusting your business and waiting hours for a service that was never even started.
This experience showed a serious lack of communication, organization, and basic customer service. If the store was unable to complete the installation within a reasonable amount of time, I should have been told immediately—not left waiting for over two hours while nothing was done.
I expect management to investigate what happened, address the behavior of the employees involved, and explain why my vehicle was ignored for so long. I am also requesting a direct apology and an appropriate resolution for the time that was wasted. A generic response will not be sufficient.
If this matter is not handled seriously, I will escalate my complaint to Tire Kingdom’s corporate office and share my experience publicly so that other customers understand the type of treatment they may receive at this location.

I had a flat a couple of days ago & drove to Tire Kingdom in West Pembroke Pines to have it sorted out. Alex @Customer Service came out, took a look at my tires & said I would need at least 2 new tires. I knew he was right cos I had been driving with those tires for the past 5 years. Not too long after, Benjamin the Branch Mgr informed me that my brakes were shot & needed to be changed as well. It was a safety issue.
I was overwhelmed with all kinds of emotions, because without a workable car it would be impossible to get anything done. Most especially go see my son who's on admission at Joe DiMaggio.
Benjamin went the extra mile to make sure I got the tires, brakes & wheel alignment within a reasonable budget. I'm so used to mechanics trying to fleece women, because we don't know a lot about the cars we drive. It wasn't the case here.
