Mavis Tire - Port Jefferson Station Avis 37

Although Long Island Roads took two tires from me in two week Mavis had my back. Ernie helped me both times, he is so helpful, friendly, and professional.

I am a regular customer for many years now. I came to put air in my tires. Chris immediately came out and handled it for me. I never expected that. In addition, he put new air caps on all my tires. Service like this makes Mavis the best around. Chris is a high asset!

When I came to get my car checked they made sure to tell me what was going on every step of the way as I had asked. They were very nice and had a very pleasant atmosphere to be around. Everyone there seemed to really enjoy working together. It was a very busy day and they still were able to get a lot done. The prices were very reasonable and affordable. Overall I feel like I’m walking into a friend or family business. Something I wouldn’t change. Please keep up the fantastic work guys you are all amazing and my car now works like a dream. Ask the person at the desk do you have my style of tire and I was told yes we have 24 of those. I ask again is it my style to match the others oh no it is the same size. i ask will it affect the AWD iwas told no but we will put it on the rear and move a rear one to the front.The person changing my tire was on his cell phone texting. It took 1 1/2 hrs to change the tire. He was told to put it on the rear and move the rear tire to the front this did not happen. very disappointed no manager in the store.
I have been a customer there for the past 10 years and if this was my 1st there I would never go back. someone has to step in now before more customers leave unsatified

I have been a customer at the Mavis location in Port Jefferson Station for many years. In all my time, I have had no bad experiences to date. The manager James, and all his staff are not only courteous, and patient in explaining the needs, of your vehicle, whether it be types of tires, or mechanical maintenance, but they are also honest, and helpful in making sure your experience with them is as quick, and easy as they possibly can. Thank you for people like James, and his crew at the Mavis, Port Jefferson Station location. I will continue to bring my vehicles to that location for their excellent vehicle, and customer service.
