There workers need better customer relations. Had an appointment to get 3 tires installed at 2pm. Car didn't even get pulled in til 4pm. I waited til around 5pm for them to even start on it. When they finally finished up I had to tell them to put 3 wheel covers back on. They just through spare tire into back of car without putting it into area where it needed to go. When I got home I noticed they didn't replace valve covers back on so I went back and told them about it and the manager gave them to me and apologized for it. The manager I realize he was short staffed but they need to pay more attention to detail when working on customers vehicles. Next time I will go somewhere else.

Fix a flat
Got a flat tire going through NC on Sunday 8/9/26. I had a repair kit and pump and was able to get the tire to hold air but wanted to get it fixed by professionals. Stopped at Mavis Tire in Randleman only to be told they couldn't fix it since I had already put a plug in the tire. They would be glad though to sell me a new one.
What a rip off. I will never spend another dime in a Mavis Tire shop. It held air the rest of the trip but went flat again a couple of days later.
Thanks for nothing Mavis.
