Horrible sportsbook

Horrible sportsbook. Will never use this website and will tell everyone I know not to use it just because of the insane verification. They require an ID, utility bill within 4 months AND a selfie, that’s crazy.
DraftKings, Fanduel, and even the smaller sports books don’t require that. I

The app rarely works

The app rarely works. Often shuts down. I’ve tried to make my free bet and it tells me it can’t locate me and to make sure I have the most recent version of the app. It’s awful. Not user friendly at all.

Some glitches and misleading setup, I have a picture of what I mean

I’ve had a few glitches in the app and a few confusing things I’ve never seen before. I’ve had 1 instance where a bet I meant to place once got placed 3 times, and then just today I tried to bet the under for points in first quarter nba bucks vs 76ers and the under was on top? I’ve never seen that before and lost because of it.

My bets were recorded as losses but should have been voided per company rules. Still have received my funds yet. This is illegal and about ready to go to the gaming commission about it.

After reading how complex your rules were around the use of matched money, I decided to withdraw my original desposit. But your withdrawn verification system was 100% broken and never asked for my selfie or ID. It just failed. Fix your ap!

I had to delete the app because it wouldn’t load. Every time the screen tried to load, I’d get a message saying something like “Checking your location to confirm in Colorado boundaries”.

Having to use a locator app to bet…

Having to use a locator app to bet through your Sportsbook is the dealbreaker. No other Sportsbook requires this level of intrusiveness and I won’t bet with you until you remove that requirement.
