AVOID - Clear Scam Site
Looks like many others we have fallen for this elaborate scam. Website seems okay, but started looking fishy when a payment clears to 'Andreea Ciprian' rather than something more official. Expected delivery date has passed, product hasn't arrived and I'm not expecting it will.

Don’t buy from this website - it is a scam site.
Everything looks legitimate on their website; they sent 2 emails notifying me that they had received my order, and then that it was being processed. They even sent a further one informing me that it had been shipped, and a tracking number! After 10 days (when the tracker stated it would be shipped by) my order still had not arrived so I tried to contact the site, but no success there. Thankfully, I had paid with my credit card, so now I am in touch with my provider.

DO NOT, DO NOT, DO NOT!! use this site, you will lose your money!! As with the previous review they make no communication. I went to their so called address in Chingford, Trinity House, they do not exist there and yet are offering “click and collect”.
The owner of the company whose name was on my bank statement is ANDREEA CIPRIAN, HE IS A SCAMMER!!

Shop elsewhere.
Delivery was first delayed, and then did not turn up on the expected revised date.
I emailed the working day before the revised delivery date, and told it was on track.
The tracking never updated and it always looked like it was stuck at their warehouse.
I also emailed on the delivery date due to this lack of updated tracking but they were adamant it would arrive on that date.
It didn't arrive, so I requested cancellation and refund, which they have told me will happen.
Hoping to actually get that refund, otherwise will raise a section 75 chargeback through my card issuer.
Would not recommend.

Terrible experience, order taken, delayed, delayed once again and the. Cancelled without notice or explanation despite them still offering the product for sale .
Terrible customer service do not touch with a barge pole.
