I bought a custom made shoe for my dad for Christmas and I’ll say it’s been the best purchase ever. I’ll definitely be coming back for a pair for my husband. Oh and did I mention, the price is such a steal, would definitely recommend.

Returns must be shipped to Nigeria at customer expense

The sizing on these shoes is way off. They are made in and shipped from Nigeria which is not very plainly stated. They tout a generous return policy but bury the fact that the customer has to ship them to Nigeria at their own expense very deep in the fine print. Shipping costs from the US to Nigeria are astronomical. Waste of money. I commented on social media several times and the comments were deleted.

This is a scam, don't buy from them, they pretend to be based from London, shoes run so small, try to do an exchange and you have to return shoes in Nigeria, shipping cost $700, absolutely outrageous, waste of $400. Don't make the same mistake i did.

Scam, Scam, Scam!!!
I totally agree with JD's review. This is scam. Poor quality and customer service. They pretend to be a business in the US but they are based in Nigeria. They do not offer free return and you are responsible to send the product to Nigeria for refund or exchange which is not stated in their website. When you buy an item on sale you cannot get refund if you want to send it back. The sizes are strange and quality is terrible.

Scam. The shoes are tiny, poorly constructed, and their customer service is terrible. This a literal Nigerian scam. Also, the shoes look NOTHING like the ad.

Great company. Great shoes
First, their shoes are incredibly comfortable and reasonably priced. I had two pairs made with custom designs. They are beautiful, the customer service was great (they checked in with me on the design to make sure I got exactly what I wanted). And my shoes arrived ahead of schedule.
