I had a wonderful experience with this store. I ordered a dress with the easy exchange add-on, and when it turned out to be too small, the exchange lived up to its name: quick and painless.

The Rumi dress in size XL is magnificent. As someone with a full bust and a short waist, I’ve always struggled to find dresses that fit, but this one works beautifully on my figure. The shoulder line is perfect, the hidden buttons mean no gaping across the bust, and the denim sits smoothly over the bust and tummy without adding bulk. I’m so happy they have this style!

I love the garments that I have purchased and so quickly delivered.

I am super happy with the products I have bought from Maye. What appeals to me is that I can find garments that are petite sizing. I don’t have to get my dresses taken up to suit my height and I love the choices of styles and quality also.
Recently I bought a dress and when I tried it on; it didn’t suit me. The return was simple to do and I had a credit to use at a later date, I found another dress and the credit went through without any fuss.
Their service is exemplary, delivery time is quick and I will be buying many more items in the future.

Customer service are so helpful with assisting to get sizing right and the models aren’t all a size 10. Delivery and packaging is amazing.

I sent them a video of the seam where it was perfectly flat and then began puckering because too much material was on one side. They said thanks for the video and would send it to quality control. Never heard from them again. If I were to return this back to Australia from Canada I would lose the Express Shipping I paid plus duties and taxes when it arrived and also cost of return shipping . I asked if they would reimburse me those costs. I never heard back. I’ve left a review on their site with a photo of the seam.

UPDATE October 6. Maye has seen my reviews and a different Maye team has contacted me, has apologized and resolved the problem satisfactorily.

Helpful advice on sizing with my measurements. Quality fabric, stitching, attention to detail in garment. Excellent delivery. Quick and fast.

I contacted MAYE when I was unsure about sizing for a denim dress. It was suggested, based on the dress measurement, that I order size S…typically I would never order that size. It was perfect! Returning an item from 🇨🇦 is very expensive and it makes me hesitate about purchasing again. I recently sent an item back, ordered a size S again but this time it was too tight.

I’m always impressed with the quality and design of Maye clothing. They just seem to get it right, every time for a really reasonable price. I’m embarrassed to tell you how often I wear my Montana shirt dress. It’s just so easy to style up or down, doesn’t crease, and is really comfy. Definitely recommend.

I really love the dresses that I bought, but the total cost of actually receiving the product into the UK is incredibly unclear at the point of purchase - I was charged an additional 48% of the value of my order in customs and excise duty. This materially increased the cost of the purchase and had I known this in advance I probably would not have placed the order. It's hidden somewhere in the fine print of the T&C's but very disappointing that this is not made clearer before you actually place the order.
