I ordered a bed from these guys, paid via Paypal. Bed arrived in reasonable time, however the wrong parts had been sent so couldn't use the bed, called company and were very unhelpful, stating it wasn't wrong part at first, that bed didn't actually need the part to be used (it was the support bar that was off the wrong bed). So fed up asked for them to collect the bed and arrange refund...they played every trick in the book to avoid paying me back, the company even told me that I had to go through the dispute centre with Paypal to get my money back, yet another delay tactic. Then eventually a phone call to say bed will be collected tomorrow, bloke turned up to collect the bed next day...this is the ony truthful thing the company have said to me!!! However it would appear that the company failed to tell Paypal they had collected and as time went on Paypal then refused to honour my refund as I didn't have tracking details of sending it back, despite the company sending their own courier!!!
After a lot of conversations from the man (can't say gentleman as he was so rude) telling me almost 25 times that I would get my refund "today" over the 2-3 weeks of me calling them. Denied speaking to me and gave me all the stories about several departments dealing with it, the whole process took almost a month.
I had called the company again and was assured again the refund would be paid, no sign of it again, the next day called again, spoke to another man (apparently) was then told the refund will be with Paypal this morning, the funds finally arrived the next day, but for reason they decided to deduct some money from the refund..not sure why, but as it was only about £12 I just couldn't be bothered dealing with a bunch of incompetent, and compulsive liars............

DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY AT YOUR OWN RISK.........

Company responded to my review then accusing me of being loud and abusive, informing me that, they refute my claims as calls are recorded.....YES they were recorded by me, not sure if they did, but I most certainly did and still have the recordings from the man who refused to tell me his name, when I asked again, he put the phone down on me........In response to them stating Paypal went in their favour....Paypal actually referred me back to the company as I could not provide tracking details, that would be because the company sent there own courier to collect the bed, (photographs were taken of bed, driver, van, registration along with the courier contact numbers, which I still have) without any paperwork, then oddly enough they sent another courier to collect the same bed a weeks later. If you were such a responsible company then why did you fail to cooperate and notify Paypal that you had collected the bed over 2 weeks before they made their decision....Makes me wonder how many other people you have done this too.... you seem to concentrate on the paypal side of the transaction and not the numerous phone calls I had to make (to allegedly different people) to the company to request my money back, had you just accepted the return and paid the funds back, instead of forcing the resolution through paypal route, it would have been a very different review, .....As stated earlier I DID RECORD ALL CALLS THAT WERE MADE REGARDING THIS MATTER!!! I informed you of this too and this can be heard on the tape..... I stand by exactly what I have said in my review of this company, also had I looked on Trust Pilot before purchasing from them and seen the reviews from people who were as clearly appaulled by the company as I was, I would not have even bothered.........unfortunately you cannot leave reviews on the companies website or facebook page....I wonder why? !!!!! AVOID THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!

Yes, Mayfair beds you are correct I did get another bed from another company, which was actually damaged before delivery, as you will see I aslo the received a bed from a company called Amare Living and there was no issues, that company were respectful and didnt provide me with faulty goods, I gave them a glowing review as they deserved it and I WOULD recommend that company to other people.
I give good reviews when deserved, you keep stating that you have recorded evidence, well so do I my friend and I DONT LIE......
I would have more respect if you just accepted that you supplied unusable goods and it is my opinion and my choice to say what I have said as it is the truth......this will be the last time I will respond to your silly suggestions and attempts to make yourself look better.....my advise to others would still be AVOID..AVOID, have a good day.......

Rude Customer , Screaming & Shouting over the phone. Courier Missed delivering one metal bar. Delivery Was Earlier then actual estimated Delivery time. Customer Requesting the missing item there in then. Demanding Driver to Drive 300 Miles to deliver the missing item, All Recorded Phone Conversation. Taking all the Personal frustration on Customer Service representative.

Filed a Dispute with PayPal, PayPal rejected & refuse the Refund. Full Refund Offer despite buyers behavior. But BUYER got frustrated that it was £12 Short as PayPal No longer offer Refund on fees.

Recorded Dispute Conversation: Buyer Wanted to Keep the item but was expecting a Partial Refund and Did mentioned about reviews, Since its against company policy to offer partial refund in exchange for a Review. But Buyer was aware that within recorded phone conversation they had different Stance.

Kindly Click on Buyers Other Reviews, How Only this buyer is having issues with the beds they order from different manufacturers ? Clearly Waste of Time and a buyer for a worst online selling experience.
Platform like Trust Pilot make revenue from Business profiles .
Doesn't care its a genuine selling experience a customer sharing.
Doesn't Care how much it effects on a business.
Doesn't Care or refuse the evidence where some one clearly misusing this review system where they demanding something in exchange of a review.
RE to the 2nd review threat.
If you leave us any further unfair comment we will be taking all necessary steps to claim damages cause to business. We still have recorded conversation as evidence. As seems like you see this as a Joke. Do some research how unfair Trust Pilot Reviews are handled legally before making any further Threats.

Very happy with my bed

Very prompt delivery. Phoned customer service to confirm dates, gentleman on phone was very helpful. My only issue is extention cable does not work, but managed without needing it.
Super happy with my bed, it was a bargain for £399 at Christmas

Waste of time!!

Waste of time!!! Took money off me saying they were delivering it then later said It was not in stock, then when I eventually got through to someone they said they had no idea as the owner wasn’t there!!! AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!!!

Order number was ID:85 and I got an email back from someone called AJ, luckily I paid through PayPal so I was protected

Wow.. took 15 months to respond… sums up the company!! 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂

Hello Paul, Always share genuine user experience. Platform like Trust Pilot generates review from these profiles. Buyers like yourself share a false information and make it seems like a fun and ruining businesses.

I have looked in to the messages and email exchanged between staff. Sent you detailed conclusion to your email. Order was placed 1st October 2019 & Canceled 7th 2019. Delivery time Clearly States 3 to 7 Working / business days.

Hense Ringing Every Single Day to know about the order & getting same answer in a recorded Conversation. We have No Powers of taking money, Buyer Pay themselves via PayPal after agreeing with a tick to all the selling terms.
Order was Cancelled By Us because of your Rude behavior towards the staff. You are not Lucky protecting with PayPal. Its us offer 30 Days Refund with a 180 days buyer protection Along 10 years warranty on Products we manufacturer ourselfs.

your order was cancelled & there was nothing else you could do as you had your full refund ,then decided to leave a review seeing this as a joke. Buyers like yourself make businesses to take action and claim damages.

Didn't recieve item then they cancelled the order without contacting me then i called and reordered waited 2+ more weeks and still didn't receive the item and they cancelled the order again. Very bad service.

Wrong Alex John, After our check we can confirm courier went twice to your one way street and both time either no one was at address or they have to return for not having a way through for the truck. You Yourself Confirmed this in Recorded Phone conversation. It cost us £69+vat for two occasions. Which we have told you before cancelling your order. You are disappointed because we have refused to sent courier again and you were explained in recorded phone conversation.
