Good, easy and simple if you would like to order any product from them.

So disappointed in the treatment I have received from this company. I ordered £170 worth of products which I have never received. On 8th January I ordered for delivery via DPD. I received a notification of delivery via DPD but the package never arrived. It's now the 27th January and I've finally received and update from Mayfair stating that DPD will be contacting me directly to process a claim. Meanwhile I'm out of pocket with no product. Zero care shown as I've had to constantly chase. So disappointed. This was the second order I placed with this company but never again :(

Ordered items which were delivered to an apartment building a quarter of a mile away from my home. I've emailed and spoken to their customer service line a number of times but they're not responding. I'm £500 out of pocket and having to go through my bank to try to recover the money.

Avoid these fraudsters

Sent order which was accepted and £177.90 taken from AMEX - on 16th Dec. Nothings arrived and had NO update. Left emails and VM and still nothing. I suggest you avoid this operation.

Delivery can be patchy sometimes and I have to chase for my order, but generally they are very responsive and eventually it arrives. I’ve had no issues except for some short delays, so 4 stars from me! :)

Quick delivery and good tracking

It was prompt and clear to order.

I have been using Mayfair for around 11 months, and their service was really very good. Orders were processed efficiently, delivered on time, and handled professionally. However, three months ago, things started to fall apart. I always order on the same day as my last injection to account for any delays, so I promptly placed my order on a Monday morning for Tuesday delivery, as I always do. But this time, I did not receive any notification that my order was on its way.

On Wednesday, I sent an email to their contact center asking for an update. I never received a response, but I did receive an email saying my order was processed and on its way. The following month, the same issue occurred; my order wasn’t processed, and I had to follow up on what was happening. This month, it happened again. I sent an email to their contact address but received no notification of shipment or even a courtesy response informing me of the delay or the problem.

By Thursday, I knew my delivery would only arrive by Tuesday at the earliest, as they only ship on Thursdays for Friday delivery, meaning I would miss my next dose. I was not happy. On Friday morning, I scoured the internet for an alternative provider and managed to find another company that could deliver on Saturday (and was, incidentally, a fair bit cheaper). I then sent another email asking them to cancel my order and refund my money, as they were obviously no longer capable of providing a reliable service.

To their credit, they did respond, though with a poor excuse for why my order was not processed and no explanation as to why my follow-up email from the previous day had not been addressed. It’s a pity that the service has slumped to such a poor standard, as they were previously doing a decent job.
