BEWARE!!!
Thiey took my money since last October and bought fake labels and claimed that the boxes got lost.
No tracking info
The UPS said that the labor was created, but no box was ever shipped
They did a thorough investigation and I literally got scammed by MAZAL
I met them at the show in Vegas.
Please report them to the better business bureau.
Do not become a victim too
I am Los reporting them to ASD LAS Vegas.

GHOSTED

We placed a $16,000 order in July, and as of mid-November we are still missing more than half of the products we paid for. They required payment in full upfront, and the first shipment arrived incomplete. After that, almost two months went by with no communication at all about the remaining items — no updates, no explanation, nothing.

When we finally reached out again, they told us they could ship the rest of the order the next day and assured us it would be sent in full. However, when the shipment arrived, it was once again incomplete. When we reported the issue, we were told that the missing products had been sold to someone else — meaning the back-ordered items we had been waiting months for were given away, and the only reason we found out was because we contacted them first.

As of this month, we have been unable to reach Mazal’s team or the owner, Alon. Our emails, messages, and phone calls continue to go unanswered.

We are still out more than $6,500 worth of product. We have repeatedly requested either the remaining items or a refund. We are not interested in a store credit, given the ongoing uncertainty of when — or if — future orders would ever be fulfilled. Overall, this has been an extremely disappointing experience.

Product never received

Ordered my product and paid a few dollars more to get 4-5 day shipping. After a week of no movement on my order, I called the customer service number. Man on the other end said it was in transit to his store and would arrive the following Monday and then ship to me at that time (almost 2 weeks past my order date). He offered another product from the same company as a replacement, not realizing that what was offering was 1/2 the price of what I ordered and not even remotely close to the product I wanted. The following Monday came and went. By Wednesday, USPS states the label had been made. No movement has happened on that shipment since. It’s been over a month once I placed my order. A dispute has been taken out by my bank to recoup my money as I have not received any product to date.

Sells expired products and refuses to refund

He sold us hand wipes with fake expiration date stickers on the outside. The actual packaging inside clearly shows they expired in 2024. When I reached out, he admitted he has money issues and refused to refund me. He operates out of his house and is very unprofessional.

We have been working with Mazal Distributors for several months now, and it has been a complete nightmare. We are owed $84,648.12 and have yet to receive the goods we paid for, nor have we been offered any legitimate solution, refund, or credit for the undelivered products. Multiple attempts at resolution have been ignored.

Here’s a breakdown of what we’ve paid:

SO 52 – $4,315.84 – Paid on 12/2
SO 70 – $6,199.30 – Paid on 12/10
SO 78 – $17,021.50 – Paid on 12/17
SO 79 – $13,985.75 – Paid on 12/19
SO 88 – $23,529.42 (credit applied, total $39,429.67) – Paid on 1/7
SO 89 – $7,415.10 – Paid on 1/6
SO 100 – $1,416.51 – Paid on 1/6
SO 129 – $1,090.60 – Paid on 1/7
SO 128 – $9,674.10 – Paid on 1/8
Total paid: $84,648.12

Out of our first shipment, we were expecting 1,282 units but only received 344 units, with some of them expired and others being items we never even ordered. This is a clear breach of our agreement and has caused significant disruptions to our business.

Despite paying in full, Mazal Distributors has not provided the products or a full refund. The credit situation is a mess, and we have no clear documentation on what was applied where. We have tried repeatedly to resolve this, but Mazal refuses to take accountability.

This is an outright scam. They have not honored their commitments, and it's clear they have no intention of doing so. They reserve the right to refuse service under their Terms of Service, but that does not absolve them from the responsibility to deliver the products after accepting our payments. Their actions are a blatant breach of contract.

DO NOT do business with Mazal Distributors unless you want to risk losing your money and time. This company is a scam and must be avoided at all costs.

I placed order with them a month ago and the lead time was 10 days, after the agreed delivery time passed I asked about my order and they immediately replied that they are going to refund my amount of $1949.04, I tried to ask the reason which they never replied, so without any reason they cancelled my order and now it's been a month that I'm waiting and messaging them for my funds but no response from their side.... If I do not receive a response or a satisfactory resolution within 3 days,I will have no choice but to escalate this complaint to relevant consumer protection agencies(Better Business Bureau, Federal Trade Commission)...

Amazon sellers be cautious

Amazon sellers be cautious, anytime Amazon will deactivate the account and ask for authorization letters of supplier for which Mazal cannot prove they are authorized sellers of brands.
They sell authorised products from brands.
They also have bad return and refund policy.
New sellers don’t buy from here

My experience

The ASIN and UPC of some of their products on the list did not match. The products that I said I would buy based on their list were not the ones they were trying to give me. Ever since then it has been very difficult to communicate with them and for a month they didn’t send the products or give me my money back when I requested a refund. Finally the CEO talked to me and tried to rectify the situation. I finally got a refund after a month.
