So seen the reviews and thought I would give them a try , ordered on Sunday evening and arrived Tuesday morning. Paid with payapal so safe to buy and to be honest ordered a ralph tracksuit which is fairly decent quality for the price, size is good I'm a xxl and it's a perfect fit so very happy

Okay so. i ordered two tracksuits and let me just say they are amazing, one stone island and one ralph lauren and let me tell you they are 1:1 i cannot tell the difference from my brothers real one, im wearing as real don’t tell anyone. Secondly, the guy who runs the snapchat account is so friendly and take his customer service very seriously, as soon as he can reply he will. Royal Mail said that not enough postage was paid and as soon as i told him he immediately said that he would pay it and for the delays he even gave me a £10 coupon for my next order. complete ten out of ten experience, i will definitely be back.

Since you are ignoring my messages on Snapchat and Messenger and Facebook, I have had to resort to messaging you like this instead with a BAD review. I bought a fake rolex off you on 26.11.2024. It arrived promptly. However, its not a AAA as you stated. The clasp won't undo. The winder is stuck like glue so I can't change the time or date. Tried this and my nail got damaged. There is a stain on the back of the watch. The box is damaged. There is no return address on the packaging you sent it in. I have sent you all photos and videos. I have tried contacting you multiple times on snapchat as that's where we previously comunicated. You have ignored ALL my messages for a month now. You issued me a partial refund of £50 through paypal but it wouldn't let me accept. I have tried contacting you again to ask you to kindly re-issue the partial refund but you are ignoring me again. I am willing to accept a partial refund of £50 even though the watch is now useless to me and a waste of £100. It is the season of goodwill and I will appreciate a response and the partial refund you issued. If you do not respond or resolve this issue, I will have no other option but to report you for fraud. You can't scam your customers like this and it was the first time I bought something from your website. Never again! Worst experience ever.
