This is a great company to use if you want a piano removed. Marcin made the whole experience really easy. His initial emails were prompt and clear. He turned up with his team on time and removed the piano with absolutely no fuss. Both men were professional and courteous. I can not recommend them highly enough.

They transported an upright piano from the seller store to the destination first floor. The quote was reasonable and the staff were friendly and professional. The whole process, from getting the quote to delivery, was efficient and satisfactory. Will recommend them to friends and family if needed.

From start to finish the interaction with Marcin was first rate. Always prompt and courteous with response to questions. Arrived on time just as agreed, in and out within the hour even though they had to dismantle part of the piano. I was not able to be there when the piano was collected but my son was, and he too said how friendly and competent the team were. Really great booking experience through Marcin, we were able to find a time that worked and the cost is incredibly good value.
The guys came exactly on time and moved my upright piano down from the 3rd floor (only stairs, no lift) in 45 minutes. They were really friendly and very efficient, no damage to the piano at all.

The 2 guys who collected my piano were experienced, fast and efficient. They had communicated with me prior to arrival giving me updates on ETA based on traffic issues from London, but actually arrived only 15 mins after their estimated time. This communication plus their chatty, helpful and informative approach on-site was much appreciated.

I am about to use this company to move my grand piano for the 5th time and my household goods for the 3rd time. I couldn’t recommend them highly enough. Very professional, nothing is ever a problem and very reasonably priced. Always quick to respond to questions, bookings and have always been on time. I’d have been lost without them given the number of moves Iv had to different locations. I’d give 10 stars if it was available.

The company was really helpful in finding interested purchasers for our piano as well as giving advice on fair pricing and how to manage the sale. They transported the piano quickly and carefully. All in all delighted with their help.

From the onset of my communications with MB PIANO STORE, I have been impressed with this company every step of the way. They were responsive and replied to my queries extremely promptly. We were kept up to date with when we would receive our piano and delivery was true to their word. When the men delivered our piano, they were professional, extremely friendly and very respectful of my home! I highly recommend them.

I booked Marcin to deliver a digital piano, and I agreed to his price and timings.
He did not do the job as agreed, and did not respond to phone calls when he was late.
His service was beyond terrible, although he suggests he is a professional piano mover.
It is not possible to imagine a lower level of service.
To accept a job, and just not turn up is not correct!

I needed my Bechstein grand storing for a few weeks. A really good experience from beginning to end - moving, storing, returning. Efficient and polite booking, prompt collection at promised time, helpful and careful movers. Piano return without a hitch when promised. And all at a price way below the competition which I approached.

I sold my piano and the buyer sent this company, which she hired, to move it (she opted not to be there, against my advice).
Not only did they damage the floor and refuse to pay for it, they are now making threats. That despite CLEAR photographic evidence (before vs. After) of damage.

Not to mention a video, showing them leaning the piano on it tip on my unprotected wood floor!

Re threats, see their response below, speaks for itself. I sure hope they did file a police report! The evidence is uncontroversial.

My piano buyer uploaded her own review, that's the reason there are two of them.

I used this company on 4th of May 2022 to move a Uplift piano. From the video evidence one worker lifted one side and the other side leg scratched the flooring of the seller's. I contacted this company for insurance claim, the director totally denied it and ignoring my following email.

Also, when the workers arrived at my place, they asked for extra charge as they said the piano is heavier and more difficult than they thought.

Now they the seller wants to take me to the court and this company has posted my piano photo without my permission on their website to make up their profile.

I have all the picture evidences uploaded in Google. And the reply showed how this company dealt with dispute without involve the insurer to conduct a investigation.

Please feel BRAVE to use this company for your piano.

P.S. I’m starting to pursue this with ADR scheme and claim court with all the evidences.
