Order the NEW BIG MAC CHICKEN HAAAAAAAHAAAAAA.
THEY BETTER RETRAIN THE BURGER ROOM PEOPLE.WIFE WENT TO CHECK BURGER OUT AND PRESTO ITS A BLOODY MEAT PATTI.AS WE WERE TRAVELLING BACK HOME SOME 300KS IT WAS TO HARD TO GO BACK.THE BIRDS AT THE NEXT TRUCK BAY ENJOYED IT. AND THE COFFEE TASTED LIKE SH.......T.LETS SEE IF MACCA REPLY.I DOUBT IT.

THE BURGERS ARE BETTER AT HUNGRY JACKS.

There were so many times happened that Maccas don’t give napkins when I collected my food from the counter or Drivthru. I have to go back and ask them for it. It really bug me especially the branch in Marrickville Metro! Some time I order salad and they didn’t even include the dressing. The staffs were probably trained but don’t give a S H I T about it! I hope this review will wake them up!

They use Doordash and they delivered the wrong order, I rang and reported this and they resent the order, it was wrong again. I rang and asked for my order again, they refused to attempt to deliver it again instead insisting they refund the money. Refund never came through so I rang again and they said they refunded me with credits on my account not cash then said it is too late to change this to a cash refund.

We went to maccas at treendale on thursday. I think the salad was a disgrace with a handful of lettuce and a couple of tomatoes. Also we didn’t get out monopoly stickers on our burgers or Chips.

FANTASTIC!!! I went there and didn’t get stabbed… they didn’t poison me and the workers didn’t give me death threat!!! WAY better then my experience at kfc… 5 stars

Meal was good but they did forgot to put in hash browns with our order.
Restaurant No 1050 Bp Caboolture

Order from McDonald at interchange in Chatswood via Uber eats. In our order the crispy chicken Caesar salad was just lettuce and chicken, we ordered a grilled chicken burger with no bacon but the burger came with bacon and the chicken was pan fried to the extent it was burnt, we ordered a garden salads which was just a small serve of lettuce with 2 cherry tomatoes and the whole veggie burger missing.

I ordered a meal at the Richmond NSW McDonald's drive through, there were only 3 items so how can they miss one? Well they did. I wrote a comment on one of the McDonald's sites and Madison Ryznar wrote back and offered a voucher as compensation. I accepted it but when I received the voucher it said it was only valid for 3 weeks, and NOT redeemable through their Drive Through. I was not in the area and the voucher would have expired before I returned.
I mailed the useless voucher back and emailed Madison Ryznar but since then I have heard nothing. On my next visit to McDonald's Richmond (NSW) I waited in the drive through lane until I got my credit. Sorry to all the people behind me as it took over 4 minutes to sort out.
Poor customer experience, McDonald's.

I am sick and tired of McDonald's Always presenting the filet-o-fish in such an unprofessional manner.

Bought a parmi burger at Sunnybank and it was very dry.

I am unhappy with Mac Donald’s Belmont. First I was given the wrong order. Then forgotten and left waiting in the waiting bay for 30 mins. Then they forgot my
Chai latte and had to wait another 10 min. This isn’t the first time this has happened. Did not get an apology either

Mcdonalds William st Perth m a never rude abusive and he abusues other clients Inc myself at the restaurant I was sitting consuming a promo item of there's and the male manager black hair and light brown had the audacity to call the cops on me tried to claim I stole food even tho it was a promo item I'm steam8ng mad at the mo. So if they dontvwatch there step ill call dcp on them and report him for lack of working with children cards since im a parent .it's a massive fine loose lips sink shops one p...d off customer

Visited ringwood store and they made me a burned muffin.

Used the mobile app to order on two separate occasions and sent feedback on with complaints. Both times I asked to be contacted. On both occasions, I never received and correspondence. McDonalds does not handle complaints. They don't respond to complaints. They certainly haven't offered any resolution either.

McDonalds is a big corporation so they are able to absorb these 'losses' of reputation. Since they are happy to take some hit to their reputation, I'll just do my bit and give a 1 star for my own experience and for how I feel as a customer. Ignored, and with no resolution. So for anyone reading this, McDonalds may be a convenience restaurant, but if you have an alternative, just choose the alternative instead.

The service is very slow but they were very nice.
The food was okay.

I only use McDonalds when there are no other options ,
I have never been to McDonalds and been completely happy with the food
The positives of McDonalds are good locations , good interiors and fairly fast service
Everything at McDonalds is usually marked up 500% to 1000% for example the drink that costs $3 is really only 30 cents cost price , the $3 fries is only about 30 cents worth and the $8 burger is only about $1.50 cost price .
I prefer the to go to the old fashion style owner operate fish and chip burger shops in Australia for example for $3 , I get that many chips wrapped in white paper that I can hardly eat because of the large quantity , they peel the potatoes fresh themselves unlike the tiny amount McDonald sell you
They cook the burgers from fresh ingredients on an open grill in front on you and they don:t use processed ingredients like McDonalds
I once went into McDonads and asked for a toasted cheese sandwich and the assistant said you will have to wait 10 minutes while the sandwich is defosted from the freezer so the toasted sandwiches are even defrosted and not fresh at McDonalds
McDonalds are gradually price themselves out of the budgets of many families and will lose market share to Australian companies like Hungary Jacks

Visited McDonald's Auburn 4 days ago. First visit there, possibly the last McDonald's.
Went to place an order at the McCafe counter but the lady said the machine there was not working. WHAT!!. McDoesn'tWork! If I wanted "to order anything" go to one of the inert unfriendly machines standing guard at the entrance. That was another 10 minutes of my life. Me struggling and watched by a young staff. Could be my age or colour or both.
At 17:04:10 with Ticket No:184, I finally got an order in for a hot chocolate and a bottle of water for my guest. The machine allowed me a choice of being served at the table - Hurrah! Now comes the fun part...waited waited waited for 15 min there was nothing coming. Oops! Did I accidentally placed an order for a next day delivery. Oh dear! Got up and went to the pickup counter and enquired if I was still getting my order today! "Yes, of course Sir! Just ask the lady at the McCafe counter and she will organise it for you" Whew, what a relief.
McShocker!! there was no one at the McCafe counter. 5 mins past and she appeared. Told her I am missing my order. "Sorry, I will get it to you shortly", says the McCafe lady.
NOTHING!!! Ahha...I know this game....the wait wait wait game.
Walked up to the pickup counter again and asked for the manager. Told her I had been waiting for 33 minutes for a hot chocolate. She went to the McCafe lady and she says, "there is no such order on my screen." What!! No McScreen!! The lady manager then made the hot chocolate and gave me a bottle of water. Ohh dear dear...there was a lump of chocolate at the very bottom of my hot chocolate, presumably the water or the milk was not hot enough.
I have some very chosen words flying through my head. Nope I am not going to say it. Still not writing it here.
McDonald's I hope you don't mind if I McNoShow anywhere near your outlets. Maybe if I have dementia...possibly...unless I get a tattoo on my arm..."No Maccas if still alive". It will make my doctor very happy.
