This butcher is a high quality butcher. This is evident as soon as you walk in. All meats are high quality. The turkey rolls we ordered were amazing. They made very good roasts. Would highly recommend McKenzie's Meats.

Good meat, good quality
My order came exactly when it should have according to notifications. All items were well wrapped and quality was very flavoursome. There is a good variety of meats, including chicken which is what I was looking for.

Can't book a delivery date
You can't send an email saying the delivery is today and expect customers to arrange to stay home. They left it in full sun at the front door. The side gates were open. Put it under the carport. The ice pack had half melted within 2 hours of delivery.

Just to clarify for others: all our meat is packed fresh and transported via cold chain courier with a frozen ice pack. After 2 hours in the sun the ice pack will naturally begin to melt, however the meat remains perfectly safe and fresh.
For customers who need a specific delivery day, please contact us directly and we're happy to accommodate. Otherwise, all orders placed before 12pm are delivered the next day, Tuesday to Saturday.

Now let’s talk about quality - AMAZING ! My skin says thank you and so will my customers.
So grateful that I came across them and will be ordering again once I have rendered my 10kgs! Price was also reasonable, given that they mince the suet, vacuum seal it and deliver it frozen!
Next up - going to buy their meat!

The meats wasn't sealed properly
The meats wasn't sealed properly. Still alot of air inside which reduced the life of the meat.
