Excellent and efficient service
This was the first occasion that I have had the need to purchase an item from this company. Their website was Easy to access and contained a comprehensive list of products to tempt a prospective buyer. Having made my selection the ordering process and method of delivery were completed and I received my product within a few days. A most impressive business transaction. Should I feel the need to purchase additional products I will not hesitate in buying from them again.

Website is crap and unprofessional
I just went on their website and typed in Trimmer and apparently no matches. The website page itself is too busy and its got this weird and dated split screen where only the bottom of the screen moves up meaning you have very little room to see the products. Also there are lots of stupid popups which are just a pain. I gave up in the end. Shame as if tehy had what i wanted in stock then i would have purchased in their shop as i live in Mcr. Shame.

Regarding your first concern, I can personally verify that when the term 'Trimmer' is searched on our website, our complete range of trimmers is prominently displayed in the search results (I have just checked this myself to test in order to investigate your concern). Please ensure your browser settings are updated and try again. Alternatively, you can also shop by categories, where we have a 'Trimmer' category which clearly displays all of the trimmers we stock. Our categories are highlighted at the very top of our homepage.
To your second concern - the popups. I understand that pop-ups can be intrusive and annoying, but they are intended to draw your attention to the promotions and discounts we offer, allowing you to save on your purchases. Who doesn't appreciate a good discount? I certainly do! We just want to share these discounts and promotions with you - after all, sharing is caring they say :)
We've invested considerable effort into ensuring that our website is both user-friendly and informative, as we aim to transparently showcase our business offerings and product range. I apologize if this did not meet your expectations.

Item was out of stock, but I was offered an alternative and the response was really quick. Goods were shipped quickly in great packaging and also included a free gift! Products exactly what I wanted and good quality for a fair price.

Unprofessional
Received package with 4 bottles. Two of them had leaked inside, not a lot, but enough to ruin labels and could not gift it anymore as they never sent a replacement as promised!
