These guys are amazing, saved sons birthday.
These guys are amazing, needed some specific drinks for my sons birthday and I left it till the last minute as I didn't realise they were imports and not easily available. MCR Snack Distro really helped me out and made sure my son got the items before his birthday and even gave us a few extras for him! Really highly recommend, thanks so much for saving the day! X

The shop is a hidden gem
The shop is a hidden gem! Staff were very fast with questions I had asked through Instagram! Everything was answered and checked like I has asked!
Shipping was really fast and got it delivered within 48 hours! Everything was packed with care and was very well packed with double boxes and bubble wrap that kept everything undamaged!
Very professional! Looking forward to shoping here again that's forsure! Thank you!

Appalling customer service
If the product you order is in stock then this company is fab. Fast delivery and good selection. However, please beware if you have an issue with delivery of products. A product I ordered went out of stock after I ordered it, I tried to contact the company multiple times through both WhatsApp and email and had absolutely no reply from them. Eventually, 4wks after my initial order, I received a phone call informing me that they have no idea when my product with come back into stock and I cancelled my order. 1wk later i checked stock on their website and my product was in fact back in stock at a higher price! I believe that they knew it was coming back but didnt want to honour the price i had paid. I had an email confirming my refund. 37 days later I am still waiting for this refund! Again I have emailed and had no response! Customer service at MCR is an absolute disgrace and I am furious.

Fantastic service
I received my order and noticed that two of my ruffles were damaged. I contacted customer service, and they responded very quickly and sent replacements right away! The service was fantastic, and I truly appreciate how smoothly everything was handled. I’ll definitely be ordering again!

Everything smells like Lynx body spray
Everything smells like Lynx body spray. Somehow even foil crisp packets have absorbed it. You try to eat them, and the overwhelming male deodorant/perfume smell hits you in the face, overpowering the actual snack flavour. The whole kitchen where the box sits now smells like a cheap, musky body spray.
Did they spray the box? Are the staff overdosing on Lynx so much it clings to everything they touch? Not sure what is worse.

We’re really sorry to read about your experience — this certainly isn’t something we would ever expect or want for our customers.
We do not use any fragranced products in our packing process, and our warehouse environment is strictly food-safe. From our experience, strong external odours can sometimes transfer during transit, particularly if a parcel has been transported alongside another package that has leaked (for example, aerosols or fragranced products) while in the DPD network. While this is rare, it is unfortunately outside of our direct control once parcels leave our facility.
That said, we take feedback like this very seriously. Please could you email us directly with your order number and contact details so we can investigate this properly and resolve it for you? We would of course be happy to look at a replacement or refund once we’ve reviewed the issue.
We appreciate you bringing this to our attention and hope to make this right for you as quickly as possible.

Was worried at first but the company is great
I had an issue with my order and wasn't getting a response from the company. I worried it was possibly an untrustworthy company and I wouldn't get my money back. However, I was advised there had been an issue with messages and when I contacted the phone number I got issued a refund straight away.
Very nice communication when I got through and can say it is a genuine company and they have lots of great products. Would buy from there again.
