It is free, the service(especially customer service is great) and the server runs for a long time! This is the ideal server hosting website, good job!

I've been using this hosting for a smaller Minecraft server and Discrod bot hosting.
There's no downtime at all, they have normal prices.
My only problem was, that their panel and the upload/download speeds were really slow for some reason. (Maybe just because I live in europe)

I have been using MCST since past 1 year ig.
I had good experience with the servers and all.
There were some issues sometime ago idk if they are fixed or not like the website downtime or something like that. Also In the starting I had good Experience with Their staff But after sometime it got a little bit bad, idk it may have gotten better bcz I don't use my minecraft server much now as I have

the shitest hosting banned me for just changing my about to my religion specific this is the most anti-religion support community i wouldn't prefer to use it

Unfortunately, I had a negative experience with this hosting service. About two months ago I ordered three servers: a BungeeCord server and several Minecraft Paper servers. However, I only received the BungeeCord server and one of the other two servers. When I tried to resolve this issue with Discord support, my ticket was promptly deleted and I was subsequently banned.

Another problem is that the game panel is offline almost 24/7. This means that during those two months I was only able to set up my servers for about a week. During the remaining seven weeks, the control panel was frequently in maintenance mode without me being informed in advance.

Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this hosting service. It seems that their support team is unresponsive to user issues, when you try to file a complaint you are immediately banned, and orders are not reliably fulfilled. Therefore, I can only give them a rating of 1 out of 5 stars.
