I have never come across such a genuine person. Matt was so helpful and friendly and he listened to what you wanted. His drawings came back very quick and he came round again and went through it all. He always made you feel like you could contact him when ever you had questions and he responded very quick.

I recently worked with Matt on a retrospective planning application for a single-storey extension, porch, and fencing, and I couldn’t be more pleased with both the process and the outcome. As soon as we met Matt we knew he was the right architect for our building project. Matt is very friendly and personable and was enthusiastic about our ideas.
Matt helped us to fine tune our ideas and made suggestions that we hadn’t considered that now form part of our recently approved plans. It is this creative input and experience that we were looking for that had surprisingly been absent from other architects we met.
